I'm updating this review means the one who prances around snobby, rude and bossy as if she was the store manager is only a "shift leader". Gina is very rude to her coworkers and to a guests who spends well over $300.00 a month at the store. She's as lazy as when returned a gallon of milk that was purchased on 7/5/25 and it expired on 7/2/25 one she rudely said some is missing. I said well if course it is that's how we found out it was spoiled and expired. Then she drops the gallon in the trash can stating "we'll just leave this here for the night employees to throw out. Nice example to others , lazy and extremely rude shift leader as the actual store manager is a bit more pleasant! As far as the pharmacy goes they didn't have but one of the three of my prescriptions so the pharmacist Henry tells me to I have to call around other Walgreens to see if they have them. Which that is not my job to do I did so anyways because I needed my prescriptions immediately and I was told by the the other two pharmacist I dealt with that Henry did have two of my prescriptions but he only gave me one and I had to go to another different Walgreens to receive it I was also told that I was not the one that should have to call around to find out where my prescriptions were able to be filled that's the pharmacist job. So I guess laziness runs with that higher-ups at that store because I tell you all the other girls that work there are amazing friendly and always see them busy. To where Gina is always running around doing absolutely nothing but yelling even when she is paged to front she yells wwhaaat!! I'm doing something! She snaps at her coworkers. And Henry can be doing absolutely nothing and wans to know where the girl in break is if a guest comes in. That's just downright terrible customer service and poor leadership skills as well on both of their behalf. I am giving a 3 star because the other employees are pleasant and great and the store is spacious and clean.Oompa loompa took two stars...
Read moreSo often when I come here for prescriptions, something goes wrong / is messed up. Often, they don't know how to fill my refills using Anthem Blue Cross insurance...like what? Is that a super rare / hard to figure out insurance provider? It usually requires me to go inside, waste a lot of time while they try to find someone who knows how to apply insurance.
I waited in lin at drive thru earlier this week, then I guess someone put up a sign to come inside, so I do that. I wait in line for some time, eventually I'm next in line. I say I'm here to pick up my prescription. The lady at counter says they can't fill it. I ask why. She says she doesn't know. I ask okay how do we fix this? She says to wait for the pharmacist, who's giving a vaccine. Ok. I'll wait for him to come out. A patient comes out, but the pharmacist doesn't. I'm like............ummmmm...........
The lady at the desk is like, can you step aside? I tell her, I'm waiting for the pharmacist to come out, just like you told me to.
Well he has more vaccines to do...soooo. No ETA. I have to leave, as I have no more time to waste due to an important appointment, so they suggest I call in to get it sortrd out.
Fast forward to today, I wait on hold for nearly 6 hours and 20 minutes. They can't be bothered to help me in person. They can't be bothered to answer the phone. What the hell am I supposed to do?
Time to find a new pharmacy, but transferring prescriptions may be impossible if they refuse to answer their phone for 6+...
Read more0 stars if I could. The pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. Do not at all costs come here. I have had to switch to a Walgreens further away because of this pharmacy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them on the phone whereas any other Walgreens in the area takes max 15 minutes. It is typical to wait 45-1 hr just to get someone on the phone here. They will sometimes take you off hold and HANG UP so they don't have to answer. One time I even waited on the phone for so long, I stayed on hold and drove 15 minutes to the pharmacy in the meantime, and when I got there no one was working just chatting amongst themselves and I was still on hold. Additionally, Kierra the pharmacy tech especially has the most foul and rude attitude I have ever experienced. She is beyond aggressive and combative. There are always delays, they never have medication in stock even when my refills are auto refill and they wait to reorder the medicine until I literally need to take it. They have even given me the WRONG dose of the medication on my prescription and I didn't realize it until I went to take it and then had to spend 2 hours trying to get the right...
