I am not one to bad mouth a business but I feel the need to after today. Today I decided to go to “Classic 3D Car Wash” on Magee Ave today. I pulled up and told the person there that I had never been here before and asked him what the best option was for full exterior/ interior cleaning with vacuuming the car seats. The man (I am not aware of his name) showed me the list of options and recommended #3 which I clarified with him DID include a full cleaning on the interior and vacuuming the seats. I paid the lady inside which came out to just about $20 for the full service. After they told me the car was ready I proceeded to leave the parking lot towards Grade A on Shippan Ave (2 min drive). I realized that the people did not clean the interior at all or vacume the seats like requested AND paid for. I called the place not even 5 mins after leaving and explained the issue to the lady and she told me to come back and talk. I went back there and explained the situation and said politely to the lady that I would like a refund for the unfulfilled services done. She immediately told me no and walked away. I waited for the guy to come see the car for about 10 mins, I explained the situation to him as well and he said that they would re-do the interior. I proceeded to say I am sorry but I need to leave I have things I need to do I would like my $20 refund and I will be on my way. He proceeded to argue with me and the lady for 15 mins saying that they “don’t do refunds” even though there are no signs posted anywhere saying that. I proceeded to get frustrated and tell them that I wanted the refund which they continuously refused. The lady told me if I wanted a refund that I would have to call the cops and they can give me a refund. The man also told me if I didn’t like the “services provided” I can go elsewhere. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the “services provided” on my car and the way I was talked to by these people. This is not the first issue within my family. I have personally watch their people steal money out of the vehicle which was years ago and I thought things would be different this time around. This business and the people that work there will never change. You can clearly see in the photos below that they did not fulfill their “services.” I advice anyone that needs their car washed either go somewhere other that “Classic 3D Car Wash” or just do it yourself, it’s not worth it. —————————————————————————————— Now you would like to say that I am lying about your people stealing which they did in fact due. In fact, when my father brought it to your attention you did absolutely NOTHING. You denied it. I was there and I saw the person steal the money that day but big deal I guess. Also, in no way shape or form did I request “free services” I PAID for a service to be done which your employees did not fulfill. I specifically told YOU that I wasn’t sure which package to get and you said #3 would be a great option and I even clarified with you that it included vacuuming and cleaning the interior and you said yes. You are your business are corrupt and a bunch of greedy liars. You “advised me” of needing a detailing rather than the package I purchased after the issue came up. I was there for an hour from the time I got the car “washed” until after I left the second time. And you know what? Some people do have things going in their life which need attendance to which is why I refused the second “cleaning.” I told you and the lady inside that I did not have time for you guys to “re-do” the cleaning but rather she told either “you call the police or I will.” I am more than willing to give a business the money they deserve for the amazing job they do but you and your business did a horrible job and refused to give me my money back even though it says NO WHERE On the premises that there are “no refunds.” So I am done arguing with you and your business it is unfair how thing played out today and how disgusting you people were to me and my...

I have been bringing my car here since 2018 when i purchased it from the hyundai dealership next door, who also uses this carwash. on 12/20 I called at the time they opened to ask if i could bring my car in for an INTERIOR CLEAN around 530, as I knew they close at 6 and did not want a rush job. I try to get this service once a week. I was told bring the car. I arrived @ 522pm. There was a truck being cleaned and when i tell you that car was shinning inside in out. I said to the workers please take the same amount of time on my car as you did with the truck. My car was rushed there stuff all over the seats , and the car. Please see Photos Below. I called today to speak with the manager an ask if i could bring car back to be properly cleaned and was greeted with an unpleasant conversation. I was called a liar and a complainer and was told i was given a great service for 70.00. He was very combative and he took the side of his employees, instead of seeing what he could do to help an unsatisfied customer. He went back and forth with me telling me what he not going do, like shampoo rugs, when i never ask him for this service. He also went on to tell me he was watching from the camera as if to say i was lying. I never dealt with this manager directly, its always the pleasant older lady that at the register. After going back and forth and raising my blood pressure , before work he then said bring the car so we can take a look at it. I hung up on him. Now im writing a review. I will never be coming back here today or ever. And i hope this post shine ligth on the fact that customer are not always right @3d carwash , if you are ever unsatisfied you will be called liars and complainers and the manager will not try to rectify the situation. Read moreThe service use to be good. The last 3xs I've gotten my car washed it wasn't up to par. Each time my car came out it was a different issue. I contacted the supervisor John after my last visit because I noticed my front grill was dirty and I paid for the super wash. He told me to bring it back and apologized. I told him I didn't have time to bring it back that day because the line at the car wash was very long. I told him I would bring it in soon. I called today to ask to speak to him. He wasn't there. I asked the person in charge to get in contact with him so they could verify what he told me. She asked for me to call back in an hour. I did that. When I called she said she spoke with him and he didn't remember me. I told her he gave me his name and told me he was the owner. Why would I be calling to tell you this. She rudely says next time I need to bring it in the same day. I shouldn't have to bring my car back in once I paid for a service. I waited 30 mins that day in line and they wanted me to bring it back to wait again. This is disrespectful and inconvenient. I gave them multiple chances to get it right but after that phone call today they won't have to worry about me bringing my business there. She also told me that they never get any complaints.
