I could not urge anyone more strongly to stay away from this business. They measured our space incorrectly and forgot to mention they would charge separately and whatever they wanted for the installation of the carpet. They then ordered the extra carpet they were missing (given their incorrect measurements they made) and tacked on an extra delivery fee and extra installation costs that were not disclosed until weeks after the installation. I ended up paying more than I would have paid elsewhere and had a very unpleasant experience. Unless you are a contractor and have your own installer and some pricing power, do not use Pro-source. As contractor it is important that we provide product information and pricing in a timely manner. We have used Prosource on several occasions. Recently for a complete kitchen product purchase for one of our customers and now quartz counter top.
