Very disappointed at this place. I wanted to throw a party for a large group and emailed just like the website states, no one gets back to you. Then had to call the place and remind them and staff had very little clue - at one point, one of them said will call me back even though I have not given the number. And they have no special number or someone you can call directly for event planning - it’s thru email and you have to continue to chase up - Now imagine you are paying for a service and keep on chasing up to get an answer....that is why I found this place unprofessional and not worth it
The owner said “irate” by the customer. It’s funny when you mention “is there a phone call you can get back to you so can discuss the details” - the owner seem to leave out that in the stream of email.
It is not an irate when a customer said “found the business unresponsive and unprofessional” given you have to keep on chasing. And the owner also misplaced one of the phone calls because the staff thought I was someone else calling for it.
Here is what happened from customer point if view: Sent email, no response Customer sent a chaser (“any update”) Response after a phone call Owner gives the package details Customer said ok and asked for a phone number to call to discuss details (there are dietary restrictions you can’t dive into details in email so prefers to discuss Owner never responds Customer went somewhere else Customer told owner is unresponsive and unprofessional Owner said customer fault since did not give the headcount Customer said - well, that’s the reason asked for your number

The last time our family ate there, two of the four pizza orders were wrong. Due to food allergies, we had to return the pizzas, which added another 30 minutes of waiting (hard with a 4 and 2 year old!).
The second to last time we ordered delivery, we were told the food would arrive ¨within an hour¨. After an hour and 15 minutes passed, I heard commotion coming from my neighbor as the delivery driver was yelling at our elderly neighbor because she refused to take in pizza she didn´t order. The driver was tying to force the pizza on her.
The last time we ordered delivery, we were again told that the pizza would arrive ¨within the hour¨. It arrived at the hour, 20 minute. One of the two ordered pizzas was wrong. I was on the phone with the restaurant for 12 minutes to straighten out what had happened. I'm one to never return an order, unless I have an allergy to the ingredient. The correct pizza came 2 hours and 20 minutes after originally ordering.

Their delivery times are... Ok? Their ability to deliver what's asked though? Not great. I ordered a salad, no dressing was delivered. They asked if I wanted a new dressing delivered to me, which is a bit ridiculous given it took an hour to get here in the first place. I tried to be accomodating, but I don't really know what I could do in this situation. The host spoke to the manager, and they offered to credit a single dressing. Because that's what wasn't delivered. I was a little shocked that they offered to only credit the dressing, and responded that way. So they credited the salad, were a bit sarcastic about it, then hung up on me.
I'm quite disappointed. I tried to be accomodating, but I don't really have a whole lot of options with something like this. To be condescendingly spoken to and hung up on when I have a legitimate complaint is both childish and unprofessional.
It's a shame they let their service get in the way...
