Honestly if i could give this place a 0 i would. I called because i wanted to open my gym account again i come to find out my account is in “collections” see when you use the word collections you assume of a agency company. Now Nicole went ahead and gave a number to talk to in regards of trying to fix my account. I call ABC Financial to only find out that i wasted my time on the phone with them because Planet fitness is the one who has to help me get the “collections” number. I call back and explain that to Nicole she says i will get the number and call back. Now i received a call from Kat which im sorry she has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn’t apologize or even gives me some type consideration in regards that i was upset about all of this. She tells me that THEY ARE THE COLLECTION... now you know when im told my account went into collections you think about your credit score and how it could get affected she says its not sent to a collections that uses your social security now whats the point of having me panic and worry that my credit will be jeopardized. They honestly have NO CLUE what there talking about .. now i wanted to speak to somebody above Nicole because supposedly she is the manager but than another associate says no she’s the “assistant manager” now poor communication they don't even know what role there playing as. Read moreWell if you like having your workout disrupted by rude people on their phone having loud, lengthy phone conversations this is the place for you. The only thing they're working out is their mouths. Guess they have to have something to distract them from actually working out. Sometimes people clean the machines after they use them, and sometimes they don't. Saw a guy the other day go to the bathroom and not wash his hands, and then proceed to workout on the gym floor🤮. Lots of rude and inconsiderate people work out at this gym. You have to wonder if these people were raised in a barn. Also, the gym is located on a construction site. Often smells like a sewer 🤢. There is limited parking spaces as well. The only reason I'm giving this gym 2 stars is the manager Julie. She is an absolute rockstar! Very friendly, kind, dedicated and works very hard to make this gym tolerable. She deserves a big raise
Update: Owner reached out to me and told me to speak to the club manager. I told the owner I already did that, and it was the club manager who told me to write a google review to get the owners attention, which I obviously did. The owner through e-mails told me the club manager needs to deal with these issues. So basically the owner didn't want to get involved, so nothing was done. Why bother wasting my time by reaching out to me and acting like you're concerned only to pass the baton and do nothing about it??? I had never used a gym in this country and I went because my best friend has been visiting me for months. After paying they added me as a friend without my authorization to my membership and the day I wanted to take my sister as a guest I couldn't. That day we saw two profiles that had her in the system, one with a photo and one without a photo, I demanded an explanation and they didn't give it to me, the girl just told me. She made a note that she wouldn't let me in because she felt intimidated by my presence, only because I complained loudly and made my usual gestures while she was talking and she used a translator because I can't even speak English fluently. I felt discriminated against in that situation. I asked for an advisor who speaks Spanish, it's incredible, 75% of the clients are Latinos in that gym and there is no one who speaks Spanish. It's just an announcement that they do not have trained personnel to serve and today I went to ask my husband for an explanation.
