If you would like to be treated with respect avoid this place at all costs however if you don’t mind occasional rudeness at the front desk, it’s a great gym. Unfortunately it’s the only gym around the area that still open so they think they can get away with treating people like slaves. I’m talking literal swearing at you, raising their voices simply because they may be in a bad mood or something. Arguing with you if you say that you prefer to get your temperature check on your wrist even though the other members are OK with it. I spoke with the manger and he said that they have whoever they have and made excuses for the poor customer service I received on two occasions with the same young lady. He said “we are more like a community gym” and “we just have a few people on staff”. I understand that times are hard and that you’re doing the best that you can but I think anybody would be better qualified than this one specific lady who has made me not even wanna come back after I signed up. Good gym HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I am typing this the manager had the audacity to call me and say I waved your cancellation fee and you had the nerve to write a bad review!?! Perfect example of why you should avoid this place I’m still shocked I’m in disbelief how ridiculous can people be! There wasn’t even a cancellation fee he made it up to give me the illusion that he was doing something but he didn’t do anything but be rude himself. My membership was frozen for months when I walked in to cancel I had already spoken to someone when I originally froze it and he explained the entire thing I was not supposed to pay any fee but when I was complaining to the manager while canceling all of a sudden he’s telling me he’s waving at me I told him to his face that I was aware that there wasn’t a fee so obviously not only are these people rude and disrespectful but they’re also manipulative and feel entitled to treatment they never deserved or earned. I actually told him to his face that respect goes both ways that should...

Underground is top notch and their management is level headed and the definition of professional. I had a small misunderstanding with them where I thought I was being singled out but Shane (I hope I got the spelling right) was proactive about getting in touch with me to explain what had happened. I really appreciate this personal touch and no longer have any concerns. I renewed a couple weeks ago and intend to do so again next may. Check out underground fitness if you are looking for a nice, local, 24 hour gym with all the essentials.
I really like this gym. I’ve been there early morning and after work and it’s not as crowded as some of the other local gyms. They aren’t perfect. So if you’re looking for a powerlifting gym this is probably not it but if you just want a place to get your lifts in before/after work and aren’t trying to set up a tripod and be all cutesy for the gram you should check out underground. If you are trying to set up a tripod and are only concerned with looking cute and taking pictures then maybe go somewhere else. Not enough squat racks for that nonsense. Took a star away for the number of power racks and the fact that staff don’t seem to do any cleaning or organizing. People don’t re rack their weights so it can get a little annoying if you are the type that does and doesn’t want to search for 45’s every session. Having staff spend even 30 minutes a shift casually putting stuff back would have a tremendous impact but again…. I’m just there to lift so it’s whatever. Check it...
Read morei would like to start off with saying how professional everything is being handled at underground fitness. Shane and the staff and taking serious precaution to make sure everything is up to standard for our safety. Everything is being handled the way it should. I’ve been going to this gym for almost two years and there’s no complaints what so ever. People need to understand that everything is slowly going back to “normal”. You have a choice, to either stay home and continue doing home workouts, or go to the gym and be surrounded by other people. Staff members are making sure everything is being cleaned constantly, so before you write a review mentioning how uncomfortable or not satisfied with how things are being handled, keep in mind, the gym didn’t have to open up and the staff members also had a choice not return to work. But instead Shane was kind enough to open the gym back up and take these extreme measurements, and staff members returned to work also risking their health. We’re still in a middle of a pandemic, please be kind to those that are working hard to make sure you’re getting your workout in. And please, there’s already enough going on, dont start complaining when you’re making the choice of going to the gym. Stay home if you feel that uncomfortable. We go to the gym to relieve some stress, we don’t want to hear you complain :) Thank you...
