I'm a medical patient who in mid-September 2024 took advantage of this shop's offer to purchase four cartridges for a discounted price. At the time of purchase, the salesperson emphasized a couple of times to be sure to keep my receipt in case there were any problems with the carts, which I found a bit unusual (but I did make sure to keep it). Well, this week I opened the third of four carts I had purchased, this one made by a company called Rodeo. I tried it with three different pens, and it initially barely worked and within 2 or 3 days didn't work at all. I brought it back to the shop yesterday and the salesperson there, "Trish," first had me try it with the store's pen to confirm it is defective. I did, and again, it didn't work at all (no vapor whatsoever) despite being nearly full with a expiration date of September 2025! She then looked at my receipt and said there was nothing she could do because it was more than 14 days from purchase. So now I'm stuck with a product I paid $40 for that is completely defective and unusable.
I don't know about you, but if I purchase four carts I would never open them all at the same time to make sure they work. I have never purchased a defective cart before and typically open one or two and save the others for when the first ones are empty. It's been 33 days since I bought the four carts and 4 days since I opened this particular cart and discovered it's defective.
It's ridiculous and unacceptable to me that a store that offers quantity discounts would feel just fine screwing over its customers by imposing an arbitrary 14-day return policy and think it's okay to have its customers pay good money for defective products. I was not looking for a refund, but just a credit toward a replacement cart, but Trish didn't seem to care at all and pulled the robotic "sorry, it's our policy" line on me. I told her I found her disregard for customer satisfaction and relations to be completely unacceptable, that I felt ripped off having paid for an unusable product, and that if this is how they treat customers I would never shop there again. She asked me if I still wanted the order I had placed for pickup and I declined and left it at the store.
I'm leaving this review hoping to help the store owners understand how upsetting and disappointing it is for a once loyal customer to feel completely ripped off by having taken the store up on its quantity discount offer and then be told to go pound sand when one of the products the store sold me is completely defective. If you're going to encourage quantity purchases by offering discounts you need to back it up with a more reasonable return policy to allow time for customers to discover product defects. It's not like it's been six months or a year! A month is not an unreasonable period of time for a customer who purchased four carts to open the third one and discover that it is defective. In addition to writing this review I will also be filing a complaint with the CT MMP.

But I have used the pre-order of the product online which I really like, you get to schedule your pickup times during the hours of operation. You have a choice of cash or pre pay with a card( convenience fee applied to order). My orders are always ready when I arrive for pickup. Staff is friendly and helpful. The recreational customers are charged applicable sales, medical customers are exempt from sales taxes. Parking available on site. Make sure you have ID. Prices are pretty reasonable. They have a range of products and accessories. Rewards and promotions are also part of this experience.

Read moreConstantly “closing up” a good 10-15min BEFORE closing hours - thus wasting people’s time driving over (for a PRE ORDER nonetheless). last time, arrived 7:56 and woman proceeded to spend the next 4min packing up to leave, looks at me at 7:59 and goes “we’re closed” and meanwhile 2 customers were still in there picking up their stuff. Worse is manager sees me at 8:01 after standing outside for prior 6min and he just shrugs and says “we’re closed” even though there’s still another customer inside paying at that moment. It’s always “someone else”/ “out of my hands”…like after getting an 8th of “cabbage, seeds and stems”…or a pack of joints with like 30% STEMS AND REST dIRT shake. The manager blames Curaleaf…ok…but expecting ME to contact THEM and then facilitate some follow up between them and FF and MAYBE get a little discount…Lol
….and people wonder why the same strains always show up in the other stores fist and why they are almost always stronger batches while Stmfrd FF gets the “scraps”. Couple of the ladies are GREAT…that’s about it. I only go here when I can’t muster up the motivation to drive to Chicopee MA for Theory’s “QUALITY” products (mediocre customer service there too, but never been ripped off as much as here (actuallly much cheaper...
