So, in reading the below reviews, and seeing such negative posts regarding customer service, I feel a need to post my experience. I have been a longtime Vineyard Vines customer. Yes, the clothing can be pricey, but you get what you pay for, and you can get great deals with their sales, which are frequent. I love their clothes - super comfy, great quality, stylish, wash and wear well, and I love their New England style. I can’t speak much to the outlet experience as the majority of my purchases are online through their regular site, and occasionally in store. I’ve been to an outlet maybe twice, I made a purchase, no returns, and it was a pleasant experience for me. Regarding customer service, I had to call a few times in recent months, and have had nothing but pleasant experiences each time. I have to give a special mention though to Drew, who really went above and beyond to assist me, and took the time to provide particularly outstanding service. I would say to customers shopping, if you have a return issue or concern in store or online, just call customer service. In my experience they can usually resolve issues that a store representative might not be able to. This has been my experience, and Drew in particular has been a great example of what customer service should look like. ...

I had never paid attention to Vineyard Vines until I was in the airport yesterday and saw some Vineyard Vines pajamas on sale (50% off). I tried them on really fast and they felt really soft and comfy so I decided to buy them. I did get a little sticker shock that the discounted price was $60. I had never spent that much on 1 pajama set😊. Later that night I wore them to bed and OMG they were worth every penny and then some! I'd never had pajamas that felt so good against my skin. I normally get hot at night but these were so comfy and breathable that I easily slept in them with no problems!

I went online this morning to order another pajama set but from the looks of reviews across several platforms...it seems that Vineyard Vines does not have good customer service....that seems to be the consensus. Very disappointing as I was starting to become a fan of this company already. I hope my online order gets to me with no issues and from now on, I will try to visit a local store if I ever want to shop...

Horrible customer service - I went to the store in Disney Springs Florida to do my happy shopping. I asked Katie (apparently the store manager) for assistance on a shirt for my husband. She said that’s the last shirt on the mannequin, as she was going to do it, her colleague asked her for help at the register. She left me standing there AND never came back to help me. I was looking at her where she left me for a good 3-minute watching her chit chatting with her colleagues at the register with no more customer at the register area. Then she leisurely walked back to her area to continue to fold her clothes. I was totally ignored maybe cause of my race. She would say hi to certain race as they walked in the store but definitely not to my family. Then I told her thank you for not helping me and I will not spend money to help with her hourly wage.
