If I could give zero stars I would. My party and I had a reservation for a group of 30, which was confirmed well in advance via email. I also took the time to visit the restaurant in person three days prior to the event to provide a deposit for the booking. When we arrived on 02/07 at 12:30 PM, we mentioned that we were here for our party, the waitress/bartender had no knowledge of our reservation, she even asked “what party?” which was already concerning. She mentioned that she wasn’t informed, even though I had specifically spoken with her and the manager, during my visit to finalize the deposit. She had to call Angel, the manager, to rush down to the restaurant because he forgot all about it and claimed to have “mixed up the dates” but how could you forget if I was just there 3 days ago and we were going over the table set up???

We were then seated in the area where the party was supposed to be set up. The tables were filthy, with confetti still scattered from a prior event. My coworker and I even had to assist in passing out glasses, which were dirty and had lipstick stains. There was only one person working the floor, which made everything even more chaotic. Additionally, the food service was disorganized. The waitress/bartender brought out the food in small amounts and asked me where to place it, despite the fact that it had already been clearly communicated beforehand that the food was to be served buffet/cocktail style, which was also mentioned again when we walked through the door. The lack of urgency to properly set up the tables and arrange the food was astonishing. The food was just placed on the tables where everyone was sitting and waiting instead.

To make matters worse, guests began ordering drinks from the bar, only to receive beverages with moldy fruit garnishes. I mean really? This was beyond unacceptable. I used to work in the restaurant industry for years… To have moldy fruit behind the bar and using it as a garnish on guests drinks simply means they just do not care.

The manager eventually arrived and began rushing around to remedy the situation, but by then, the damage was done. As a token of compensation, we were offered three pitchers of drinks, which did little to make up for the chaos and poor service we endured. The entire experience was embarrassing, especially given that the event was a professional gathering with a group of doctors and young professionals. The lack of preparation, organization, and attention to detail made it impossible for us to enjoy our time and conduct our work event how we were supposed to. Some of us didn’t even eat because we were concerned about whether there would be enough food to accommodate everyone since they were not prepared.

Given the extent of the issues, I expected management to take greater responsibility for the poor hospitality, yet we were only offered a small discount which was to comp pitchers of soda off of our bill... what a joke. I will not be returning to this restaurant, nor would I ever recommend it for any future group events. This experience was completely unacceptable on so...

First and foremost, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was flawless. From the friendly and welcoming greeting at the entrance to the attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. The servers were prompt in their service, providing insightful recommendations and catering to my preferences with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to making me feel valued as a guest was truly commendable.

Now let's talk about the drinks. Oh, the drinks! The beverage menu was a masterpiece, featuring an impressive selection of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options. Each drink was expertly crafted, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Whether it was a handcrafted cocktail bursting with unique combinations or a carefully curated wine pairing, every sip was a journey of delight for the taste buds. The bartenders displayed their artistry, creating libations that were both visually stunning and a joy to consume. The creativity and skill that went into the drink selection were evident, and I savored every moment spent enjoying these liquid delights.

And then there was the food. The culinary offerings at this restaurant were nothing short of exceptional. Every dish that graced my table was a masterpiece of flavors, textures, and presentation. The menu showcased a diverse range of options, from delectable appetizers to mouthwatering entrees and decadent desserts. Each plate was a symphony of ingredients, thoughtfully combined to create an unforgettable culinary experience. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the execution of each dish was flawless. It was clear that the chefs were passionate about their craft, and their dedication to creating culinary masterpieces shone through in every bite.

In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was simply divine. The exceptional service, heavenly drinks, and delectable food surpassed my expectations and left me with memories that I will cherish. If you're looking for an extraordinary dining experience where every aspect is crafted with care and precision, this is the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and cannot wait to return for another...

Take this review with a grain of salt. Went there on opening night, also cinco de Mayo. Reservation was made for a birthday party with 9 people. We were seated shortly after our reservation time. We then waited at least 25 minutes until a waitress came to order drinks. We then waited at least another 20 minutes to put in a food order, drinks had not come at this point. This pattern persisted throughout the night. I got up from the table in total six times to get silverware and address our concern with the staff, talking to 5 different people. Each person just said “sorry I’ll relay the message” and no one ever came to the table to address our concern. You would think a larger group would garner attention by staff in aim of making more money off of the tip, but this would make too much sense for this establishment. The party was waiting for so long we decided to eat the cupcakes we brought and sing happy birthday before we even got our drinks. We waited 1.5 hours from the time we ordered drinks to get them and they made a mistake on two of them. We saw another table be seated and handed chips and dip, we asked if they had ordered it and they replied it was just given to them once they sat down (We of course did not get any). We waited over 2 hours to get the food after patient persistence and asking for someone to help. It was extremely frustrating because we saw several groups arrive, eat and leave before we even got drinks. The food was extremely overpriced for the quantity and quality. Once eating, the waitress came over and made a snark remark in a passive aggressive tone “how’s everyone doing now that you have some food” after we had spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting. The check was discounted $50. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he was too busy. Would not recommend this establishment, at the very least give it several months to get their act together. Overall horrible experience, won’t be going back. Poor customer service Zero communication Lack of...

I went here to celebrate NYE. The food was meh. Service was horrible, and my ears were drumming all day the next day. First, it was $100 for a four-course meal. The portions were tinny and everything tasted subpar. The Caesar salad was stale and old. The only good thing was the shrimp and Maduro dish. It was 2 pieces of shrimp and 2 pieces of plantains. The steak and fries came out with 4 small slithers of steak and a handful of fries. The brownie, small as well was hard. They had a DJ for the dinner portion and the music was like u were at the club - which technically we were, because 2 hours or so before midnight they were taking some of the chairs and table out for the club portion of the night. We got dessert an hour after our last course. The waitress never brought my second drink gave us the bill and said sorry I'm going to give you one on the house (she did, but it tasted like seltzer soda, and idk what). We stuck it out because it was NYE. At some point, I went to the bar to get a drink. The Bartender totally ignored me, was taking ppl who came after me, and when I told her I was there first she said "so what". To add insult to injury, she added a tip to the bill automatically. You wouldn't know because she puts the amount on the card machine and you don't see it unless you requested a copy of the receipt. It's sad because the interior is beautiful, but overall I wouldn't go back here.
