Aloha Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Stanton

I can't believe I am even writing a BAD review, it's sad actually! This place was unbelievable the WORST service I have ever had in my life! I have been coming to this place for awhile now and LOVE this food and never had the service that I had tonight. My husband went and ordered food and first off, it was not fresh, there was so much rice I couldn't believe there was more rice than anything else! $15 of Rice! When my husband came home and we were about to eat I couldn't believe when I open it up and saw what they served us I was shocked! I went back and complained and literally CASSANDRA argued with me saying that's what we serve and asked for a fresh plate she straight out said no! I said you will not give me a fresh plate she said no! She was so rude and ARGUING with me (I am the customer) I have worked in customer service for 25 years and never had I treated a customer like the way she treated me or have I ever seen or heard a employee treat their customers like that. Not only that she was also calling my husband a liar on what he ordered! Completely not ok in...

This place is the worst "Hawaiian BBQ" I ever had in my life. It used to be okay and tolerable but now it is just downright disgusting and sad. My food was ready and packed in under 5 minutes which should be a big red flag. The BBQ combo I ordered showed two pieces of kalbi ribs in the menu photo, but there was only one piece in my order and not only was it a nearly meatless cut, it was burnt to the crisp and inedible. I am almost 100% certain this was cooked the day before then reheated by microwave (see photos). To compensate, they added a mountain of flavorless beef strips that were hard like jerky. The BBQ chicken was cold and not grilled at all - just rubbery slabs of meat with no marinade, flavor, or smokey char whatsoever. Teriyaki sauce was cold and couldn't save this sad excuse for food. Only saving grace was the macaroni salad. You know this food was terrible if I spent $20 and still threw it in the trash after a few bites. This place either needs to get it together or close its doors, what a disgrace of a restaurant...

Worst service I've ever experienced!! Drove out of our way to try this place and my husband needed to use the bathroom. The cashier would not let us use the restroom before placing an order. It was an emergency and we told him we were going to be customers. It's kinda hard to take your time looking at the menu when you have to pee real bad. I understand bathrooms are for customers only and maybe they wouldn't believe us if we came in looking dirty and on drugs. My husband and I came in well dressed, and to top it off I'm visibly pregnant! I've never had a situation where the cashier refuses to give the bathroom key before placing an order. I even said fine take my order while my husband uses the bathroom and he still would not give us the key until I paid for the food. Never have I ever experienced such gross incompetence and inhumane customer service my life! Can't comment on the food since we left and refuse to give business to someone who treats...
