Starbucks — Restaurant in Stanton

With so many new coffee chains popping up these days, I hadn’t visited this location in a long time. Today, I decided to stop by and ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Latte through the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the next window, they handed me my drink right away, which honestly felt suspiciously fast.

Unfortunately, as I feared, the drink was completely different from what I ordered. I had asked for a single shot with 2% milk, but it was something else entirely. To be honest, it tasted worse than the vanilla lattes you’d get at 7-Eleven. I took two sips and threw the rest away.

I’m not sure if it’s just this particular location or if Starbucks as a whole has gone downhill, but it’s disappointing—especially considering I used to visit twice a day, every day. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt that people should know.

I sincerely hope Starbucks can return to the high quality it was...

This 5 star rating is for JOSH and only JOSH. When he isn't there I am not comfortable given the same rating to any one else. I start my work morning off with Starbucks and every morning that I pull up and hear Josh greet me I instantly get happy! He is a joy who learns people's names and orders. He is upbeat and just excellent at all parts of what he does. The world could use a lot more of Josh's in the world. I would hope that Starbuck's actually sees this review and even the manager because they have a winner with this one person! Thank you personally Josh. Placed an order for pick up at 3:57 pm and every employee is ignoring me making hand gestures after I tapped the glass which resembles milking a cow. They claim it means go to the drive thru (sad attempt at driving a car) but I clearly described mobile orders until 5 pm. A large man I believe with plugs pull's all his strength together to walk a few steps to the window to explain further drive thru only at this point I rather drink a water bottle rather than having these nitwits mix lemonade and strawberries for my afternoon pick me up.
