If I could give less stars I would. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had a this Little Cesar's. I figured it's game night, I'd come here for some pizza and wings and watch the football game. I WILL. EVER COME BACK!!! I would gladly drive out of my way to go to another location them come back to this one. I order online, I get some pizza, wings, bread, drinks. Online says it's ready in 15 minutes, I show up about 10-15 minutes after it's already supposed to be done and it's not ready. Now I would understand if they were busy but there was one other person in the lobby. So I wait. I get my food and drive all the way home. I get home and I go to eat and the pizza is so under cooked it was like they only put it in the over for 5 minutes. The "bread" was stringy and not even cooked and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way. I call and tell them and they say they will replace so I tell them what was on it. I get back to the store and they hand me the pizza and it's not even the right toppings. Seriously!! So they tell me to wait for the right pizza. After about 20 minutes they give me my pizza. I get home and I take a bite and yet again, pizza is not even cooked all the way. So I call again now at this point I'm so frustrated that I tell them I'm bringing back all the food and I want my money back. When I get there, the "Manager" Monica didn't even acknowledge me she looks at my pizza and typed something on the screen then gives me a receipt and says "there, it was paid with a card so it went back to the card". There's was no greeting from her, no I'm sorry for the trouble, no sorry for the inconveniences...NOTHING! Like they didn't even care. When I tell her It was ridiculous she says "yeah I would be mad too". I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous I couldn't believe they didn't even apologize for anything. They had the wort customer service. This location is a sad excuse for a Little Caesars. If the company wants some advice, you should really teach your team some customer service skills because there was absolutely none when I visited. Read moreI went today at about 545pm (Wednesday). I ordered through the app which is always a breeze. I just entered my code and got my pizza. However, I did want to grab a pizza for a homeless man outside, so I stood in line. There was someone ahead of me who was waiting to order for about 5-6ish minutes (really long time when you're actually standing there). A male employee was standing at the register (assuming he was clocking out for lunch). He greeted the person and said someone will be right with you. (Awesome job kid) BUT when he told whoever was in the back that they had customers waiting upfront, whoever it was yelled back and said "well they're just going to have to wait. I'm short staffed there's nothing I can do." W.T.F. lol the kid who was at the register felt embarrassed and ended up taking both our orders. I'm glad it was him and not the other person.
Now about the pizza. I ordered 2. One was very soggy (bottom part) and fell apart when lifting it (meaning the cheese and pepperoni) The other pizza was fine....
Read more1st time coming to this location. It took me a few tries to get through to place my order by phone: the person taking my order was ok. When I arrived, the customer ahead of me was struggling to place her order, but I waited, no issue. What I was dissapointed was that another employee chose to take another previous customer ahead of me, even though she came in after I arrived... Emily then took my order once the register became available, she was polite and professional. The pizza I ordered was decently priced and I have no issues with that. *The employee who skipped me: I understand that the customer who came in after me had a return, I think that the way the situation was handled was unprofessional (not just because u skipped me & didn't acknowledge me) but you lacked so much in the service.
