If I could give zero stars I would. I called this office mid October and explained to the girl at the front desk that I now live closer to Morgantown than Canonsburg and would like to make an appointment with them to get a refill of my prescription for Latisse. I was told that somebody would get back to me. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just make an appointment. Well, needless to say nobody returned my call. Against my better judgment, I called again on October 30th and spoke with Mary, the regional manager, for 10 minutes. She was very apologetic and made an appointment for this past Monday. I clearly explained and let her know that the last time I was seen in the Canonsburg office, it was very disappointing to be seen and not able to get my medication the same day. I had to pay and come back over a week later. I offered to pre-pay so this would not happen again seeing as how I’m driving over an hour. Mary assured me that I would have no problem and my medication would be ready. I took a day off of work and showed up this Monday to find out there was no appointment for me that it was made for the Canonsburg office. Now, why would I call the salon in West Virginia just to make an appointment in Pennsylvania? It makes absolutely zero sense that your employees have the capability to make an appointment in another office for this very reason. The incompetence of your employees cost me hundreds of dollars taking the day off work let alone now I don’t have the medication and have to figure out where and when to get it because I will never give you a penny of my hard earned $ again. The fact that you have to see a doctor is ridiculous. They don’t even look at your eyes and it is a waste of their time and mine. Come to find out it’s completely unnecessary. If you use Latisse to grow your eyelashes you need to go to Renew You Medi Spa in Uniontown PA. Unlike Tuscan, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. You don’t need to see a doctor and could walk right in get your prescription and leave and it’s a fraction of the price. It was over $100 less than what Tuscan charges. What a rip off! Also, after this debacle, I had a few things to purchase and the lady at the front desk purposely overcharged me. I bought rings that were two for $20 and the sign was literally right in front of her. She said it was an honest mistake, but if I were you, I suggest checking your receipt every time. You ought to be asshamed of yourself. After all of that, I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Don’t waste your money at this location or any of the others because they are.way better Medi Spa...

I have gone here twice and really really want to like this place as there are not that many spas in Morgantown.

My first experience was a massage with Leslie: I have never been more stressed coming out of a massage than coming in. Her technique was strange, there was almost no pressure despite my feedback and her hands felt/smelled almost slimey, kind of like if a kid stuck their hands in glue and then touched you. I really did not enjoy that massage and almost had to end it early.

My most recent experience was a spa day:

Massage with Theresa: Definitely a great experience. Pressure was perfect and she targeted all of the problem areas; I felt super relaxed after and will for sure be going back to her. She was also very polite and timely

Facial with Hasil: terrible. She came in and did not ask anything about my skin type or routine besides asking “skin sensitive?” And when I asked her what products she was putting on my face, she said “WHY” and then just said “this is dermatological” for all of the products. It was super unprofessional esp when she walked out without saying anything for 15 minutes while I was laying on the heated bed. I did not enjoy the facial and my skin broke out after. I honestly can’t believe I paid as much as I did for what happened.

Nails with Abby: also great, my nails were perfect and she did not make me bleed. The nail polish lasted almost 4 weeks too which was nice. The pedicure also comes with a small snack plate which is nice after a long day

Overall: I like the ambiance, as they have a lot of services under one roof with a really nice locker room where you can change into a robe. The front desk staff is nice-the last time I went there was a new girl starting that was super friendly. Parking is good too. But I feel like the services are so hit or miss that you never know what you’ll get which is scary considering how much you have to spend there. I will definitely be going back for a massage with Theresa and nails with Abby but I don’t think I’ll ever get a facial...

I am giving it a one only on the nail spa

My facial and massage was absolutely fantastic but when I walked into the nail salon that’s when my spa day took a turn for the worst ....

The nail technician I had first was less then friendly and couldn’t wait to get off work (I knew b/c of the comments she was making )

The first set of nails I received looked absolutely horrible none of them looked the same .. they were lumpy The pedicure was not as pleasant as I expected either

However Tuscan spa was called and they resolved the situation by offering to fix my nails for free ...

Well today the technician was absolutely sweet and kind but my nails are an absolute mess ... my fingers are in complete pain form her cleaning up my cuticles and clipping my skin and being really rough ... and my fingers are rubbed raw from the filing she did in many places

She was in a rush as she was booked to close together .. and wasn’t given enough time between appointments

Idk if that is it or if maybe they aren’t use to doing nails

My nails once again all tho look better are still not what I would expect from a spa. They aren’t the same shape some are longer then others and definitely not all one type of shape .. the gell is either not covering my finger nail completely or it covered to much ... I sat for 20 mins filling down a part that was pushing into my finger and causing discomfort...

Maybe these were very off days for both lady’s .... however I figured I should at least put it up so ppl are...
