The Wow Factory — Local services in Star City

Great place for an experience/outing! This is an easy way to enjoy some art and creativity in a non-threatening environment. You walk in to the Wow Factory, and unless you are right out of H.S. Art Class, the whole area looks intimidating – there are colors and options and people moving around purposefully. Thankfully, the staff is super-friendly and helpful and can spot people that walk in and look ‘lost.’ Everything was explained, and after the initial choices of item, color, and format – you get to do art. It’s relaxing and fun. If you come with a friend or group, it’s great to talk while you’re painting. We came as a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed the experience. They can get busy; make sure you ask questions if you are unsure. Also, some of the paintable items aren’t labeled with a clear price – make sure and check before you pick out paints...

This is a great place to spend some time with friends on a Friday or Saturday night. I went with a group of 10 friends and everyone's kids also. It was a harry potter theme evening where we painted various harry potter items. Nearby at the party store many people picked up their favorite adult beverages to enjoy while crafting. The place was at full capacity and well organized and staffed. They accommodated us until nearly midnight and everyone had fun. The friendly wow factory staff will fire everything we made and you can pick up at your convenience. A nice place to hang out on a cold winter night. The items we chose were large so were a bit pricey but they have many smaller craft choices just as fun at a better price...

I attended multiple visits to complete the finishing of ceramic Christmas trees. Monica was again involved in managing the action applied in bulb selection and gluing, cleaning of trees, and installing 2 electrical cords with on/off switches. Jordan also participated in this project. I am very pleased in the positive interactions with the WOW Factory associates and the successful completion of all the trees presented.
