⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the Best Storage Experience: Secure, Spotless, and Service-Focused!

I cannot recommend guardian storage enough they truly set the gold standard for self-storage. From the very first phone call to move-in day, the experience was seamless and stress-free.

First, let's talk about the security. The peace of mind I have is worth every penny. The facility is brightly lit, all access points are reliable, and the overall security system makes me feel completely confident that my belongings are safe and protected 24/7. And if anything ever happened to my belongings I know that Gina and Calvina would be on top of it and would be in constant contact with me and if needed law enforcement.

Second, the cleanliness is unparalleled. The hallways are spotless, and the climate-controlled units are perfectly maintained and dust-free. It's clear that the management takes great pride in keeping the facility in pristine condition. There were plenty of moving carts available, and the loading area was tidy and spacious.

Finally, Gina and Calvina need special recognition. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful during the sign-up process, answering all my questions and making sure I got the right size unit for my needs, they showed me a tour and everything!

Never thought I would say that a storage facility experience would be amazing, but yet here I am saying that this storage facility is amazing!!

The online application for the rental was easy, and with a few answered questions I knew what size unit I needed and was even able to set up auto-pay. (It’s not required, it just works better for me)

It’s clean, safe, and has an extremely easy to use interface with ALL of the locks and doors.

They send you a welcome email with your unit # and very easy to follow instructions on how to install the app, set up the wifi, and access the facility and your unit.

The entire facility is extremely clean for being a storage center, the grounds are clean and well lit if you need to go there at night. There are cameras outside as well.

Inside there are cameras at the entrance, elevators and distributed throughout, there push carts at both entrances to help you get you stuff into your unit.

And most importantly this place is clean, with pest control in place at the entrances to the building and throughout.

So far I have only spoke with staff once, and it was them reaching out to me to make sure I was happy and had no issues.

I was met in the lobby upon arrival by Gina. The process was quick and efficient. After listening to my needs, we toured several available units and returned to the lobby whereupon I paid and signed, out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Several weeks into my new contract, the roof began leaking due to excessive ice and snow. The called me, but I was in Atlanta on business. The staff assigned me a new unit AND moved my belongings to the new unit to keep them dry. Very limited damage occurred with the water reaching (luckily) only soft goods like towels. Stellar effort.

Other than the isolated surprise link, the building is clean, modern, plenty of carts, and access is very high tech. I’m very pleased with them as a public storage facility.
