I recently had an issue with Aldi, my parents purchased a gift card for $100, the local store assured them I could apply the card to my online account for their delivery service. When I recieved the card, there was no way to do this - the store misnformed us, and neither the store nor the Aldi national customer service center was any help in resolving this. The customer service was very poor and they did not seem to care at all about me or my parents, all about the money not the customer. In the seven times I've used their online delivery service, everytime I had semi-rotten produce delivered to me and on a few occasions I've had rude drivers. If you don't care about shopping in classy places and don't care about showing off tour social status, you need to shop at this place. Surely you don't get a lot of varieties like Kroger but this the business policy of Aldi to keep the prices low. Plenty of parking space is a plus point. Employees are hard working and kind. One employee, Donald, is always in a jolly mood and tries to make checkout enjoyable in his way. You save most at Aldi in essential grocery items.
