I wanted to calm down before writing this review but up until now I have not been able to. I walked in on Monday and they were to busy for walk ins so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for both of my kids and myself but before scheduling I mentioned one of my kids has autism and they seem to be totally okay with that and that made me feel happy and comfortable. (We just moved from Texas and my autistic child has been getting haircuts at the barbershop no issues they are very quick 15 mins and we’re done so he won’t get overstimulated and his haircut always looks great) Today 09/18/24 I went in at 5pm for the appointments I scheduled Monday and my autistic child went first. The first thing I noticed they don’t have a proper chair for kids like I’m used to see at the barbershops and even hair salons. Then I showed the hairstylist a picture of the haircut we usually get for him and told her that’s what I wanted. She started the haircut and the moment she used those clippers I knew she did NOT know what she was doing. The more she did it the more uncomfortable and pissed off I felt. Then another lady approached her (I’m sure she noticed the disaster of haircut she was giving my kid) she stopped using the clippers and then BOTH started cutting his hair with scissors (mind you that this type of haircut is only done with clippers) they took so long my kid got extremely overstimulated, he started crying and at that point he didn’t want to be touched. I showed the picture of what i wanted to the other lady that started also cutting his hair and she immediately said “oh that’s zero and one” and asked me if my kid did ok with clippers I said yes so she told the hairstylist who started the haircut to cut it with the clippers and she proceeded once again to make one single cut with the clipper and so she basically shaved his head leaving him an uneven haircut and not even close to what I asked for. I was extremely upset I wanted to cry for my kid and of course I didn’t allow any of them to touch/cut my other kid’s hair. I did express the haircut was terrible and they didn’t even charge me, I insisted in paying but still didn’t get charge. The moment I walked out I started crying I couldn’t stop looking at the disaster of haircut my kid was left with and I still can’t stop looking at him without feeling sad. I could’ve done a much better job. I’m left figuring out how to fix this disaster. The girls were nice but the service was extremely poor and disappointed. I feel terrible for my kid, I feel I abused him by allowing someone to cut his hair that bad. I have attached pictures of what I showed them and what he was left with. TERRIBLE I drove all the way home crying, called my husband because I couldn’t control myself how upset I was and I know people might think it’s just hair and it will grow back but I just can’t help it but feel sad for my kid he is so innocent and has no clue what has been done to him and how terrible his hair is right now. I know my husband will fix it because he knows how to cut hair but usually works so much which is the reason I usually take my kids for haircuts but never again. I’m just so disappointed and to finish this review they knew I was clearly upset but one the ladies the one I didn’t allow to cut my other kid’s hair said “you have a great rest of your day” which is something very rude to tell someone when you clearly know that someone is upset she did it on purpose with sarcasm and with all the intentions to piss me...
Read moreFirst of, this was the longest hair appointment Iv ever had in my entire life. I came in for a cut and color and it took well over 4hrs. The stylist took another client during my appt and made me sit on the couch and wait for her to cut someone else hair while I sat there with dripping half dyed hair. She also took a lunch break between all of that adding to the length of the appointment. I understand I have thick hair but I also got it cut to my shoulders before getting it dyed, which should have hypothetically saved time. Additionally the dye job was pretty bad. It looked okay from a distance but a lot of my roots were missed and just a patchy job over-all. Not impressed. I asked for red low lights and blond highlights (my hair is naturally a starwberryish blonde) and got red hair with bright blond highlights. I wasnt upset by that but the stylist just didn’t really listen. Also a lot of the other stylist there doing hair were dressed in super casual clothing, like yoga pants, t-shirts, and baseball caps. My stylist was professionally dressed but can’t say that for the rest of the staff. Just seemed sloppy. Lastly, hair bleach dripped onto the back of my shirt, which obviously bleached bright white spots onto my green shirt. My hair cut wasnt great either. I had to go home and even out my bangs since they were so unevenly cut and not even in a edgy kind of way. Won’t...
Read moreAwful! I went in to get gel x with Blair and it took her over 2 hours to do JUST the soak off. I was losing my mind. She got up and “went to do something” multiple times and overall, it took her 4 hours to do my nails. She refused to do gel x after I told her that’s what I wanted and did builder gel instead which I knew was more than I could afford. Also, all of my nails are a different shape. Some are round and some are almond shaped and don’t even get me started on all of them being different lengths. They’re also not smooth. They are extremely lumpy and overall an awful job for me spending almost 170 dollars on this ridiculousness. I’m not going back her because my time was wasted and now I have an important event to go to with this monstrosity on my hands. ALSO refused a refund for...
