My wife and I love shopping at Reini for several reasons. We’ve been shopping here for years now, so we can confirm just how good it is. Number one, they’re LGBT+ inclusive. When we went in to buy engagement rings there was no hesitation or awkwardness about it. Other places either assumed we were friends or we were both getting married to men who weren’t present. Marleena immediately understood and was very helpful and kind. We didn’t have to explain ourselves and we never feared we would be judged there. Number two, we never feel pressured to buy and we’ve never been up-sold. When we were buying our rings Marleena did not assume we wanted diamonds and asked about alternative stones. We were thrilled about this because we were looking to buy moissanite rings, and other jewelers had kind of snubbed us after they found out we weren’t there for diamonds. We never felt that way at Reini’s, and Marleena made our dream rings with moissanite stones and they look incredible. Number three, Marleena is very talented and fast. Every time we’ve gone in there, she’s quickly understood our vision and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted in record time. We were looking for our wedding bands and she had us in and out within maybe 10 minutes. Her turnaround time is also great. We’ve never waited very long for anything! Resizing, custom work, etc. Number four, she’s very responsive on instagram and email and on the phone. Number five, she’s always doing little sales like for pride and we appreciate that. Marleena is extraordinary. I had a plan to use a family ring to propose to my now fiance, but I wanted to tweak the engagement ring and redesign the wedding band. I visited multiple jewelers in town (and others outside of town), but after speaking with Marleena once I knew I could trust her with this important task. I met with her probably a dozen times over two months. She was patient, creative, and helpful despite my indecisiveness and artistic ineptitude, and she allowed me to make autonomous decisions while also providing clear guidance based on her own expertise, artistic intuition, and extensive training. Perhaps most importantly, though I knew she was working on cleaning or designing multiple engagement rings over the summer, she gave me hours of individualized attention and always made me feel like my ring--and everything it symbolized--was in the forefront of her mind. After 40 years of wearing them, my wife's wedding/engagement ring broke apart, and a portion was lost. After talking with some of the best jewelers in town, my wife learned that Marleena could not only repair her rings, but if she wanted, Marleena could actually design, and create a totally new, and fresh look for her diamonds. Marleena went to work, and created the most original, and beautiful ring design my wife said she had ever seen, and she was able to see the design in great detail, and approved it all before any work was started.

I don't know how many artists are in the State College area but I do know that Marleena @ Rein Goldsmiths & Jewelers, MUST be one of the Elite. What she created from scratch is STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS, and my wife has been on cloud nine for two weeks.
