Placed an order for our Son’s class ring around February/March paid half down as a deposit. Was informed that his School would be contacted within a month when ring was ready. Starting asking his school if they heard anything about our Son’s ring starting the middle of April since I nor the school had heard a thing and other students had already received their rings and Letterman Jackets. Both myself and the School sent emails and left voicemails got nothing! (they never answer the phone or emails.) Finally the 2nd week of May I actually got a human to answer the phone. MIRACLE! She stated our Son’s ring had been ready since beginning of April for pickup. Pickup? Not what I or the school was told. And even if that was the case, why wasn’t the School or myself informed it was ready? Lady on phone had no answer and was bothered to be on the phone. Went to pick it up, walked in, saw three ladies sitting each at desk, NOT ONE acknowledged I was there and no one waited on me until 10 minutes later when I finally lost my mind with these people! Lady got my Son’s ring handed it to me did not say ONE WORD and just walked away. How did you know it was my ring? Why didn’t she wait until I made sure it was my ring and was created correctly?    Read moreIf I could give them a zero I would! Do not order any packages offline. I ordered a package for 189 dollars and the account was in my daughter’s name. When I went to pay somehow her last name got changed to my last name which is different and her plaque ended up with the wrong last name! When I called to see why my daughter couldn’t find her cap and gown at school, that’s when I was told it was under my last name and not hers even though her account had her correct last name. They wanted me to pay 50 dollars for correction fee over a mistake that was not made on my end. Somehow when I paid it changed my daughter’s last name and it’s my fault according to them. I will never use their website again and if I could order cap and gown from somewhere else I would! They will get the bare minimal from me when I order future kids cap and gowns. I hope they get a competitor because they need one! They lack compassion or care for any mistakes on their site and won’t refund you for anything either! I am disappointed and very upset! Spoke with Haley(?), who informed me that the local office couldn’t help me with a whole or partial refund because corporate office handles website advertising/item descriptions and complaints. She then gives me the wrong number for the corporate office I needed. After spending 30 minutes trying to get the correct office, I am informed that corp. can in no way assist me with my situation as my local HJ office is responsible for: working with HJ web design team to make sure products are advertised correctly for their area, issuing any type of refund, and handling...
