Northside Seafood Market — Local services in Statesboro

So I went here since the other place I preferred was closed. I requested an oyster basket, which stated on the paper menu should've been 10.99 WITH a side, but was listed as 9.99 on their website (too many inconsistencies.) Instead I was charged 12.99 and then charged separately for the side (equalling out to 14.09 or something like that,) which wasn't explained on the menu at all that the charge was separate. I am not a fan of inconsistent information nor was I happy with the lack of explanation from the male employee, not to include how rude he was to my friend who ordered food as well but ended up having to pay for more food since he "missed" one of her items. Definitely not going back to this...

I purchased the shrimp and fish basket last night 12/8 around 6:30. I ordered 1lb of shrimp and flounder as my fish selection. Placing my order 12min out from my location. The cashier assured my food was being prepared to order. Finally arriving to to Northside Seafood 13min later, I pre-payed waited about 8min until my food was finished. Once I got home I noticed that all my shrimp was hard and old as if they were sitting under a lamp. I had to drive all the way back to receive the freshly prepared shrimp I should have gotten initially. The cashier's were very apologetic and professional, it's the inconvenience of driving all the way back and poor customer service from the cooks...

I'm from South Florida so I've been spoiled with great seafood all my life. Moved to Statesboro almost 3 years ago and drove by this place 100s of times, but never stopped until today. The two young women at the front counter were very patient with our inquiries, which were many as first time customers and we were very happy with the cooked items that we purchased and ate tonight and have high hopes for the uncooked fish we brought home to cook tomorrow. Everything was very fresh, our cooked shrimp were perfect with the right amount of crispness that properly cooked shrimp should have, nothing worse than mushy shrimp. We'll be...
