So I decided to catch the black Friday sale online, I ordered 3 items, one was shipped and JUST arrived today. I bought a pair of boots that I thought were cute, so I took them to the store to "exchange" them. Mind you, I was SUPER excited about them. So when I got there I was in the middle of explaining my "problem" when both the cashiers stopped me mid way to tell me "we don't carry them in our store and we can't do that, but we can refund your money and you can reorder them." But the WHOLE POINT IN TAKING THEM BACK TO THE STORE WAS TO GET HELP ON REODERING THEM FOR THE PRICE I PAID INSTEAD OF FULL PRICE. I heard a lot of people stop and ask the cashiers if they had or where is and all they could say was "I don't know" or "IF we have it, it'll probably be." I personally don't see me going back. Krista explained the process of ordering online...since I wouldn't receive both items I wanted at the same time. Voila! I got my first item within two days and my second item five days later. Had I ordered them together, I would still be waiting. It was a very important dog food order and I can't let my Beau wait on food! (: When I realized I needed treats for him, I went into the store and Monica helped me. She talked to me about several of the items and I bought what she gives her dog and Beau loves them! This store is AMAZING! If they don't have what you want, you can still get it within a very reasonable time. If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the zero turn sat there a week because I work a lot. When I went to pick it up it still wasn’t assembled even though I went on my only day off, still I was nice and polite and returned the next day like they told me to because they were supposed to assemble it overnight for it to be ready in the morning. Then I leave work to pick it up the next day at around 11am which gave them plenty of time since the open at 8am. Then I get there and it’s still in the same place and not assembled. The manager apologized and said they will have it in 15 minutes it’s only a couple things you put together. 30 minutes later I was built. I took it home cut my grass and my seat fell apart because they didn’t screw or tighten anything. They could’ve killed or injured me or my kids. Completely...
