Crossroads — Local services in Statesville

This is the Walmart in Statesville,NC. I was meeting my sister near this Walmart for dinner. I was just going in and out to get some fish food. Number one the pet stuff was way back in the corner. I have been in a lot of Walmart’s and in my experience the pet stuff is usually somewhere near the entertainment area. Not in this store. Confused me big time! Then luckily I saw the entertainment center and it helped me get out of the corner. This is a huge store. And then I get out into the parking lot and even though I took the time to remember where I parked I couldn’t find my WHITE SUV! How many are there of those? Right? I finally found my car. This lady helped me relax and feel safe and I got a grip and found it by using the alarm button. She told me that she lost her keys once in the trash cleaning the church. They had 8 big bags and her keys were in one. She took each bag up to her car door until one opened it!! Just thought I would share. I thought it was brilliant! Can u imagine going through 8 big bags of trash? But that was the most confusing Walmart even their registers were only on one side. I think. I’m writing this two weeks later. I LOVE WALMART BUT I ALWAYS GO THERE AND SPEND TOO DAMN MUCH SEEMS LIKE WHEN YOU GO TO WALMART IF YOU DON'T MAKE YOURSELF A LIST YOU COME HOME I HAVE A LOT MORE YOU WANT TO SPEND AND BRING HOME MOST OF THE TIME BUT I TRIED TO MAKE A LIST SO I DON'T DO THAT I WENT TO THE WALMART VISION CENTER HAVE MY EYES CHECKED AND GETTING NEW PAIR OF GLASSES DAMN WHAT A PRICE THEY HAD ON GLASSES I HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE I WISH THAT BEING GOING THE WHOLE TIME EVERY TIME I WENT TO OTHER PLACES THAT DID YOUR EYES CHECK THAT HAD THEIR OWN VISION CENTER THERE TO GET YOUR GLASSES I HAD TO SPEND OUT OF POCKET ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO $400 SOMETIMES FIVE DEPEND ON THE PRICES ON THE ADD-ONS I GOT A PAIR OF GLASSES A DAMN GOOD PAIR FOR ONLY 58 BUCKS THEN ALL THE ADD-ONS MY INSURANCE PAID AND EVERYTHING I DON'T HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET JUST $138 THAT'S INCLUDE THE $25 ONE YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST DAMAGE TO YOUR GLASSES SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT DO THAT IF YOU NEED GLASSES THAT'S THE CHEAPEST...

The store needs to be cleaned & organized & products put where they go & brought down from top shelves as they empty. I was shopping for a hair dryer & they're locked in glass cases where you cannot shop without an employee standing there glaring at you while you read or impatiently pacing the floor & decide which one, if any, you want. In electronics, I was wanting to shop for a phone case that isn't for my phone which isn't an iphone & when I interupped the boy employee was talking & cutting up with his friends that weren't working there in front of the phone cases, I got that glare & impatient pacing too. Walmart has very few of these & the music CD area sucks. They may as well do away with it. If I didn't need to save money, I wouldn't shop Walmart. They're getting too big & too confident they're the only place there is too shop with too many irons in the fire to care...
