US NAILS — Local services in Statesville

Only reason I put 1 star is because 0 isn't a choice. My 16 and 13 year old daughters went to get their nails done and they also took a friend. My wife called to see if they needed an appt and what the cost was. She was very specific about tue services the girls needed and double checked the price (because we know how their price "changes") We were assured it would be $50 per girl. When my wife checked them in before running a few errands she checked the price for a THIRD time. We pulled up to get them and the lady was locking the door as they were coming out and as soon as they got in the car they told me that they were charged $80. I walked back up to the door and they would talk to me. Kept saying "I'm sorry we're closed" We waited until Monday when they reopened and went back for them to say I'm sorry that's what you all agreed to. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. MAYBE CONSIDER GETTING A DANG INVOICE FIRST. I will be spreading the word to anyone that will listen amd also the BBB and all Social Media Outlets.

ALSO, today is Tuesday 3 days after getting their nails done and 2 nails are cracking and chipping. HORRIBLE SERVICE, CUSTOMER...

If I could I would give them 0 stars but I can't. They charged me real expensive just for a fill in. Then the crazy thing is they let me walk in when they don't expect walk-ins but they just wanted my money so they let me stay. When I showed them the picture of what I did want they said ok, when they could've been like I'm sorry we can't do that. I should've just went back to special nails, because now ima have to walk around with my nails until I can find someone I can understand, and don't make me feel like I'm crazy for wanting...

Very disappointed in the regular polish. Did a manicure with regular french tip polished. That lady did not wait till the white tip dry and started using the pink and last coat to top it which smeard the white onto my nail. Which I had asked her to fix it all she did was polish it with another pink coat which did nothing but made it more pink which now made all my nail miscolored. And she decided to wipe one of them of the one that was smeared ans put a big coat of the pink which made it super thick and onto my white tips. Very...
