What happened to KFC? When I was little my parents would take me to KFC after church on Sundays to get the meal deal and it was all good and worth your money. Now the meal deals are smaller, the chicken pieces are smaller and the sides are smaller; if they give them to you at all. What happened? This particular KFC didn't give us the gravies we paid for and the cashier wasn't friendly when we confronted her about it. The meal deal was supposed to come with one large gravy, which is one of the black bowls or two of the smaller paper cardboard containers, and we only received one of the smaller cardboard containers instead of the two we were entitled to with our meal deal. We also paid extra for two more large gravies and only received one of the smaller cardboard containers instead of four of the smaller cardboard containers, until we said something about it. Then, the cashier wasn't friendly and handed us two more instead of three more, so my husband spoke up and told her it was supposed to be three more that we paid extra for, with a total of four. She did hand us the fourth finally, but wasn't friendly at all. We never did get the one smaller cardboard container of gravy that we were entitled to with the meal deal because when we asked her about it again she smartly said, "It's only supposed to come with one." One of your small cardboard containers is not a large! We have verified this with multiple KFC managers when their employees also tried to not give us the gravies we were entitled to. The reason I am making such a big deal out of all of this is ... we have a small son who loves your gravy, and it is all he will eat. When we do not get what we paid for, you are taking food out of my son's little belly. And that doesn't make this mama...

With me having prior experience in restaurant management, I know about changing the oil. The chicken was so old and nasty and hard and dry. I called the restaurant back the manager on duty took my name and asked me to call before I come to make sure the chicken will be fresh. So I did that I called the store seven times no one answered. I came through the drive-through. The girl already knew who I was and what I had ordered so she asked me did I mind coming inside?. So I did but once inside the manager on duty was not the manager whom I had spoke to on the phone so he gives me a hard time. Iām trying my best to stay calm, but he just keeps on asking me questions that I already answered, as if I was lying about my purchase. So after five minutes of going nowhere with this man in a conversation. I decided to step behind the counter and get the chicken myself so he calls the police and they tell me that he doesnāt want me back at the store and Iām trespassing but what about my eight piece chicken with large side gravy and eight piece chicken bites. The customer service at this location sucks and I see why they need new Management because the managers that they have are not equipped, nor educated enough to provide the service necessary to the public and people food is too high to be playing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt took 5-10 minutes before we were ever asked if they could help me. I ordered two number ones. One with breast and wing (original)with macānācheese. The other, I paid extra to get two breast (original) with macānācheese. And 4 apple poppers.
When we got home. We had two number ones with thigh and leg. When we returned and went inside there was no one working the front counter but five people laughing in the back.
When we returned to KFC, the girl said we were lying that KFC doesnāt have a two breast meal. I told them I paid extra for a breast instead of wing. Very grudgingly they took the two boxes and said they corrected it.
Now when we get home, the order is still not right. They put Mac-n-cheese in and nothing in one box but chicken.
Instead of returning I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. A woman told me she was busy. I told her I would hold for her. Then the woman says, sheās busy and I will take a message. I do believe I was talking to the manager. I told her that her employees need to pay attention so they can get orders correct the first time. She never responded but hung up on me!
It will be a long time before I return to your store.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
BTW: please explain to your employees because I paid $21.42 for two meals, thatās what I expected. And we were not trying to get something free that we were...
