Dream Island Community — Local services in Steamboat Springs

Rosemary has been a fantastic landlord and attentive to my needs as a tenant. I have kept in contact with her the entire time prior to signing a lease and she had taken the time to discuss the fine details. Any questions or concerns I have had are immediately answered and taken care of.

The apartments are a tad small but considering the location and the stability they offer is well worth the price. The community is safe and they provide services and activities year around (such as block parties and an on site computer for the tenants). Everything was updated with new flooring, appliances, countertops... everything!!!

The only lease option is for a full year so for the locals who are tired of apartment hunting every 6 months should keep these in mind. They also allow pets.

Dream Island is a great value in a great location. The manager , Rosemary, is unbelievable. She helped us in every way, from the application to the payment set up, and also made some great recommendations for furnishings and apartment set up. The website makes interaction and payment very easy. Dream Island is a great alternate to the stereotypical housing in a resort town. Great Value! Great Service!...

I love my Dream Island community. I have fantastic neighbors, a great location, and the feeling of family here. A huge shout out to the "Dream" team who work tirelessly all year round to keep the park maintained. Our Park Manager, Austin is the best.
