It's free to rider so take my criticism as you will. I will continue to use the bus out of necessity.
The bus is supposed to arrive every ten minutes, but you can end up waiting for 20+ minutes without seeing a bus. Or when the bus comes every 20 minutes you could wait 40 minutes before seeing one: something that has personally happened to me on several occasions.
When it's 0 or below, or you are trying to get to work, this can be infuriating.
It baffles me how a bus line could be so consistently inconsistent.
I have also been driven right by more than once, when I was quite literally standing next to the bus...

   Read moreThe website that is supposed to show you where the bus is exactly is even more unreliable than the bus itself. Half the times when is freezing outside at night and you need the most it won't work, no number to be called to know what time is coming, so Since they reduced the Amount of night line buses you might be on your own in the cold for 30 mins easily. It's not new, they work year round to plan this and still they keep failing miserably. Taxis are not better either and the city knows that.
