Boba Hero — Local services in Sterling

Overall we have had consistently great experiences at Boba Hero Dulles. Tony created a solid customer connection with us and now Joe has taken over and made sure we are all taken care of and hasn’t missed a beat. My husband collects Pokémon and I collect Lorcana and we are both very pleased and thankful for the way Boba takes care of us as a family. Joe is even encouraging us to bring our little guys to the store on Lorcana night so he can help teach us all how to play! Sounds like Tuesday evenings will be our new family game night thanks to Joe. Thankful that we all feel welcome and right at home at our fave Boba Hero Store. When I went into the store, it looks very promising. They have a lot of variety and options available until I looked at how horrendously priced everything is. Everything is way too expensive way above market value and add insult to injury. It smells like the people that actually come in or work there do not notice the smell of a three week delay delayed shower as it smells up the entire store to the point where I couldn’t stay in there for longer than five minutes without getting that musty stench stuck in my nose. Came in Wednesday July 12th to browse and the employee informed me that they buy Pokémon TCG bulk and singles. Very Helpful & friendly. The next day, July 13th, I drove 30 minutes to this location (since they’re one of the only places in the area that deal with bulk) to sell my collection when I was immediately met with a confused face (from a different employee) and told that he was busy. It didn’t seem like he was restocking anything and there was no one else in the store. It’s 3:00 on a Thursday.
