If I could give DC a 10*, I would. This place never ceases to amaze me. I went in this last Monday and worked with James. I explained I wanted a custom necklace with three birth stones. I explained I would like to have it by this weekend for my wife's birthday even though the average turn around for a custom necklace was 2 weeks. I realized I was asking for a lot on a specific budget but James said he'llget it done. To my surprise, James calls me two days later and it's ready! When I got there yesterday, I was blown away. He upgraded the gems because it looked better and he changed two to natural instead of lab grown, no extra charge and still under budget! Forgot Jared, Zales, Kay's and any other retailer. They would never do something like that just to please the customer. At this point, I'm sold as a customer for life. If anyone checks this out, visit the store at Dulles Town Center Mall, ask for James the owner and tell him Jeff sent you. You would be disappointed!

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the pieces, patiently guiding us through different options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was her ability to truly listen, asking thoughtful questions about what we were looking for and then recommending pieces that perfectly matched our style and budget. Her professionalism was matched by her passion; you could tell she genuinely loves helping people find the right jewelry at the right price. Was leaving a nearby store when I decided to stop in this location which I'd never been in before. I was immediately greeted by a smiling face who turned out to be a jeweler named James. I explained that I had 2 brand-new pairs of earrings which I believed had semi-loose clasps. James agreed and immediately tightened them for me. He also provided me with 2 sterling silver jump rings to connect an earring design I wanted put together and even polished the earrings before handing them back to me. He performed all of these services at no charge and with such impeccable skill and speed. I knew right away that I had found just the place to have some custom pieces made. As I stated before, this was my very first time at this jewelry store and I could not have asked for a better experience or jeweler.
