Nail Design — Local services in Sterling

Today I took my daughter and my mo. To this nail salon to get a manicure and pedicure. Itcwas a special mothers day gift to my mom and me. The staff was very welcoming and very patient with my mom who has mobility issues. They took great care of my mom and my daughter. I told the lady who was going to fo my nails that I have a blood condition where I bleed profusely when get a cut. She nodded and said she would be careful. While she was removing my cuticles, she cut me in my left thumb. I started bleeding. She started apologizing and saying she was sorry. When she moved to my right hand, she cut my index finger in the cuticle area again. Even though she treated my fingers with alcand antibiotics , I was still bleeding when I made it home. I don't think I'll ever return to that nail salon again. I just hope I don't get infected with hepatitis and HIV. Will go to my pcd soon...

I had gel with design put on my nice long nails 6 days ago and its already seperated from my real nails, the stones in the designs have come off and the design is not even close to what I wanted. They did a full pedi including soaking time in 20 minutes, didnt rub my feet or legs, didnt scrape my feet, they didnt trim my cuticle. Not to mention, when my friend and I got there we clearly said we both wanted nails Nd feet done, when they finished my hands and toes they told my friend she had to come back later because they where to busy. Definitely won't...

This is worst experience i ever had is i went for eye brow waxing and upper lip the lady who did me the service is literally horrible the way she did to me is very pain full and after i done with waxing it started burning and immediately after 5 mints i got rashes where i did waxing unfortunately i left the place because i have to travel . omg i was supposed to go for my family party but i couldn't because my face is full of rashes i couldn't now eat nor drink . after looking at reviews i still gave a try , i do not suggest any one to visit...
