Bought a Rain jacket and rain pants set for construction work. I go on the field first time I put the jacket on, the zipper broke. It was raining so I used the jacket without zipping. I also tried my pants and they came out the wrong size, S pants on the M bag (picture attached). I came to exchange and they did change my jacket, hence the 2 star review, however they refused to change the pants arguing I should have opened the bag and checked before leaving.

Next time open and check size before leaving the store. Trusting it was the right size...

This store is too big to conquer in just one day! There are so many items, lots a variety and great things to choose from.
