I've been coming here as a loyal customer at their Uptown location for 4 years. They treat me so well I make the extra 25 minute drive to come to their location in the suburbs. They have a great supply of DND, OPI, Essie, Cre8tion, Chisel, WaveGel, etc... They are always having promotions on acetone, gloves, alcohol, pedicure kits. From the supply stores I've been to before, they definitely run the best promotion. I believe have multiple promotions on acetone, gloves, etc... for the soft opening. They are friendly and help you bring everything out to your car for you. Gifts are also common around holidays and they're always bringing in new product to sell at affordable prices. Gel X, structure gel, various types of EMA monomer and acrylic powder, a very updated collection of seasonal colors, various sizes of glitter, charms, stickers, foils... anything to keep your salon updated. I highly recommend this place and they really value business relationships and really build a good bond over the years. In COVIDtime with fluctuating prices and businesses raising prices because of supply/demand, they kept a good ethic and kept things affordable which is why I am recommending them and will continue to do so...

I recently ordered from DD Nail Supply; Unfortunately, the delivery process was frustrating due to a misdelivery by the courier. Instead of arriving at the correct address, my package was sent elsewhere, causing unnecessary delays.

While the misdelivery was disappointing, I appreciate that DD Nail Supply took responsibility and actively worked to resolve the issue. Their customer service team responded promptly, tracked down the package, and ensured it was redelivered. Though the delay was inconvenient, their willingness to assist and communicate throughout the process was reassuring.

As for the product itself, it arrived in perfect condition once it was finally delivered. The packaging was intact, and the item met my expectations in terms of quality and performance. Despite the initial issue, I am satisfied with the product, but I do hope the supplier improves its logistics to prevent similar problems...
