La Michoacana Gourmet — Restaurant in Lake Township

While I was at this location, I experienced one of the male workers being extremely rude to a female worker in front of all the customers. That is very unprofessional and rude of him. There are certain ways to handle situations and that was not the way to do it. The female worker did an amazing job at handling the situation and maintaining herself calm. On top of this, I went to this same location a few weeks back and ordered some Tosti locos, when I got back home to my surprise, they had no cueritos which I know that Tosti locos do have (since I've bought them before). Seeing his actions today really made me upset because he couldn't get my order right but yet thinks he can disrespect a female worker in front of all...

This place cares more about wasting product than to pay attention to the customer. I ordered a cup or corn & told the lady that I only wanted cheese & mayo & no chile. I am allergic to chile. When I got home I noticed there was chile & she tried to hide it by adding a lot of cheese & mayo on top. If I hadn’t seen it I would’ve gotten hurt. Instead of redoing it she decides to hide it?? I like this place but it was the first time one of the staff was rude. It's like she didnt want to help.

I ordered a 2 scoop cup of oreo ice cream. I added whip cream to this which was an extra 75 cents. This is fine but when I told her to add the whip cream she removed some of the ice cream to make room for the whipped cream. Not sure why this was done. If I am paying for the ice cream and the whip cream why remove the ice cream from the top to add the whip?
