Read moreMy mother ordered for pickup once and the food was great! So the day after the next I decided to order some more. I had asked if they delivered, a female said yes. So I gave her all my information with my order, small sausage pizza with 1/2 lb fried mushrooms, and she gave me the price and told me it'd be here in 45 mins to an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I called to check what was up. I got a female on the phone again and gave her the information to find my order. She asked if I was calling the right number. I told her I have a cellphone so I had redialed the exact number in my history and that I had talked to a female prior. She said she was the only female working there for the past few hours and my order was no where to be found. She didn't offer for me to reorder and was also short with me on the phone. Disappointing. So I give it a three star for decent food when I had gotten to try it, but poor...
Read moreMy family has been going to Villa Rosa for years but we were shocked by our most recent visit. You order at the counter. There are coupons available on their menu but that's only for take out orders, not dine in. They brought our food out in take out plastic containers, as if it had been pre-made and microwaved. We basically had to manage our own table, including bussing it at the end. The food, particularly the pasta sauce, is very sweet and bland as if it came straight from Gordon's. The spaghetti with clams in white sauce is Alfredo sauce, not white wine sauce! We remembered it being a sweet little Italian restaurant but were disappointed to see that we paid $70+ to picnic there with practically airplane...
