Royal furniture — Local services in Stickney Township

I went to this furniture store on 9/21/2017 looking for a king bedroom set. I couldnt find one at first but then seen one that i was very pleased with. Spoke to Michael the salemans or owner which ever one he was and he gave me a price. I paid the full balance which I was a little hesitant about because it wasnt a big name store, but like with any furniture store you would do the same long as you have a contract and receipt. So i thought!!!! This store has given me hell with delivery days and times since day 1 including when my furnitire finally was delivered after a month they failed to give me notice that a piece of furniture( a whole chester dresser) was missing!! I talked to Michael along with others that work there day after day and still havent received the piece of furniture still to this day after them constantly giving me days and times and steady canceling!! They even stop answering the phone for me and i have left messages even text and still no response!! It is really sad how a suppose to be business will take your money and think that they can just do that! It will not be the last time they will hear from me at all! I want what i paid for im sure they make enough money and dont need to be stealing from little ol' me!! Just my experience that people need to...

Amazing furniture friendly employees and owner. I was greeted when I entered and got assisted right away. I was looking for a queen size bed for me and my bundle of joy. The owner took his time and showed me a few beds and in detail described how each one was a little different and was able to help me choose the one that was the best fit for me. The delivery service was great I had no problems they stayed in contact with me and they were also very nice as well, great customer service. I highly recommend this place.
