In my opinion this place is AWESOME!!!! The staff know exactly what they are talking about & one of the things I admire the most about these workers is they are not afraid to say I don't know & then call their colleague over that does know! That...., In it of itself is a wonderful quality to have! Also, the prices are very good for a Vape Store. From the Mods. to the ejuice to the coils & other accessories again for a STORE the prices are out of this world good! I would highly recommend this particular store & location If you are new to the vape game.... You will walk out with an awsome device that is correct for your current knowledge of vaping. That's what's so great about Vape312 they know what they are talking about and because of that it's very helpful so you don't accidentally get an overly complicated device that you have no clue how to work. And if your a seasoned vaper like myself again, great place to be.... I been vaping for I think like 6yrs. now & I learn something new everytime I go there. All in all Great Staff, great prices, great knowledgeable customer service, & great rewards program!!! (I got a 60ml. bottle of whatever juice I wanted for $1.10 because of their rewards program)...

With so many small vape shops in the area I was cautious, as many of them seem shady. Today I went into Vape312 in Burbank to purchase my first vape. The store itself was very nice. The staff member who helped me, Philip, was fantastic. He was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He asked me a few questions to figure out what would be best for me, and gave me great reccomendations. Knowing I knew next to nothing about the products, he was very honest and straightforward with me. He explained everything to me very well and showed me step by step how to use my new vape.

I do not actually get into vapping like most people. I am mainly just here for nicotine. I have been going to this place for over a year now and everytime I go Iza helps me considerably. She answers any and all questions from me. She explains flavors and makes suggestions based on my vague wants. I have yet to be disappointed in her juice picks for me (which I always go with).
