Please BE CAREFUL before buying anything from this furniture store. We were completely scammed. The furniture they have in the showroom looks nice and high quality, but what they actually deliver to your home is completely different – cheap, low-quality versions that start getting damaged almost immediately.

We spent almost $6,700 expecting good furniture, but what we got was full of problems. The sofa, chairs, dining table – everything was poor quality, not what we were shown in-store. The wood is weak, stitching is bad, and pieces are already falling apart.

Even worse, when the delivery people came, they damaged our walls and doors while bringing in the furniture. They told us not to worry and that the store would take care of it. That was a lie. We called many times and got no response. When we finally went to the store in person, the people there who claimed to be “managers” (but are really the owners) started yelling, and even cursing at me to leave.

And don’t expect any refund – they won’t give you one. They hide it in the receipt that there are no refunds, and if you try to cancel or return, they’ll take a big percentage from your payment. So read everything carefully before you buy, or better yet, just stay away.

This has been a horrible experience and a complete waste of money. They don’t care about customers once they get your money. There is zero professionalism, no accountability, and no honesty.

Please be cautious and think twice before buying anything from here. Don’t fall for the display items in the store — what you get will be completely different. We were cheated, and we don’t want the same to happen to anyone else.

I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture store. The delivery alone made me regret my purchase. They sent two guys to bring in my furniture—one older man and a very young man who clearly weren’t equipped to handle the job properly. During delivery, not only did they damage the furniture itself, but they also caused noticeable damage to the professionaly freshly painted walls in my newly renovated home.After waiting three long weeks for them to send someone out for repairs, the so‑called “fix” was nothing more than a patch job. The repair guy glued the leather back together and painted over the silver cup holder, but it no longer looked the same as before the damage. To make matters worse, the same handyman attempted to repair the walls. One wall turned out passable, though you can still tell something was patched. The other wall looks even worse now because he used a different color of paint that doesn’t match at all, making the damage stand out rather than blend in.For the amount of money this store charges, I expected professional white gloves delivery and proper care of my home and furniture.
