If I could give 0 stars about this company I would. !!!!!!!This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. First and formemost, they sell JUNK. My washer machine has barely worked since I have purchased from them. My maintenance guy told me he has heard about them and they have a bad reputation and I wish I would have known before going with these crazy people! Second of all, they are Rip offs!!!! The ONLY way you can make your payments is via phone, in person , or it automatically charges your card. There is NO grace period which is ridiculous to me! The moment you miss your payment , they will call you almost every single day HARASSSING YOU !!!!! Non stop !!!! Then when you schedule for them to look at a broken item they NEVER show up !!!!!!These people are sick and ridiculous and scam artists !!! Please please PLEASE IF you are in the Stockbridge area DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.! They will stress you out ! Save your money and just buy full price somewhere else or just go with another company! I’ve rented for plenty of companies and I have never encountered this before! I regret every second of it ! I rather save for a month or two and go, go to a laundromat and sleep on an air bed than deal with this ! They make me sick !!! Terrible...

I bought a pre owned headboard from them which at the time appeared to be in good condition lady Roseanne ( a very pushy and rude sell’s person) assures me that there are no issues with the headboard and that they had only picked it up a week prior to me buying it for lack of payment from previous owner. Against my better judgment I purchased the headboard even though I usually wouldn’t and had never before bought pre owned furniture.2 months later I noticed bugs on my bed got the flashlight and observed a infestation throughout the headboard…. Gross I called the owner Blan immediately he first tried to argue me down that it was my fault…. ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!!!! After discarding the head board and taking plastic and covering from rails and mattress the bugs were gone Terminex pest control came and verified the the issue is not and wasn’t ever in the house . My home is newly renovated and all other furniture brand new and there were no issues in any other parts of the home . My 2 year old was bitten pretty badly on her back and arms , I had to throw away expensive bedding and a very unique rug set to prevent from spreading.Meanwhile buddy’s are shall I say Blan is taking no accountability and trying to over charge for my...

I want to take a moment to thank the manager at Buddy’s Home Furnishings in Stockbridge, Georgia. Even though I can’t recall his name, he stepped up in a big way and helped me when he didn’t have to. He personally came to pick up furniture from another Buddy’s location in Newnan after I had an awful experience there.

My experience with Buddy’s in Newnan was terrible from start to finish. The furniture was poor quality, the billing was dishonest, and I was even threatened the very next day after delivery. On top of that, I had to help carry the furniture up the steps myself. It was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

While I do not recommend Buddy’s as a company based on my overall experience, I am grateful to the Stockbridge manager for showing integrity and taking responsibility when the Newnan store would not. His willingness to step in is the only positive part of this situation, and for that, I...
