Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Stockbridge

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this location dating back to 04/09!! On 04/09 I placed a order around 7:40 pm didn’t receive my COLD order until 9:45pm and that’s only after I called multiple times. I was given a credit. On 04/12 I called to redeem my credit in store.My order was taken at 3:25pm and assured to arrive in 30 minutes. After a hour and 1/2 I called back to check the status of the order. Very apologetically I was told the order will arrive in 20 minutes. Well still at 5:30pm NO pizza! I then at 5:36pm got a manager on the phone where she claimed to have no knowledge of the order but she’ll put it in priority and keep my credit on file due to the inconvenience. Tonight 04/15 l called in the store to redeem my credit where an extremely rude young lady asked me what is I had instead of following protocol and looking it up by last name/number. After I couldn’t take her attitude anymore I asked to speak with her manager whose name is Chris. Boy, it got worst! I now understand her attitude because she’s a reflection of her superior! He totally discredited all my accounts of the error on his store’s part. He also voided my credit in which it was completely their fault to only give me 50% off menu prices for over 6 hours of my life wasted depending on them to uphold their policy of providing fast quality food. We ordered around 8pm on a sunday. We ordered 3 lg pizzas and two 2 litters of dr pepper. The estimated delivery time was 42-56 minutes we thought that isn't bad. Around 9:20pm still no delivery. I called and the guy said it was out for delivery I said thank you for the update. The driver did not show up until 9:40pm. When he arrived he handed us the pizza and had us sign the receipt I asked where are the drinks. He said there was confusion at the store just call them for a refund. I said can't you just go back and get tbem he stated I can't do that i said ok i will call. I called and the guy that answered said i would get that refund in 3-5 days i said thanks. The pizza was so cold and did not taste right. We ended up just tossing it in the trash.I waited 7 days and still no refund for the drinks. I called back and spoke to a lady and she told me they don't do partial refunds. I explained the situation and she said she would have the manager call me. It has been 4 days and nothing. We were only asking for a refund for our drinks we never received. Uou guys can keep that 6+ tax dollars because you obviously need it more than me. I am disappointed in the customer service and the quality. We will never go to this location or another papa...

I ordered on a Sunday afternoon 4pm received my pizza at 5:47pm cold. Called the location spoke to Chris who placed me on hold for 25 minutes supposedly waiting for a manager however Danielle got on the phone with an attitude saying she just walked in, then placed me on hold for another 18 minutes before answering again asking what I wanted. I explained my pizza and wings were cold and I asked for the pizza and wings to be remade. She said I would have to pick it up and bring the cold pizza and wings with me. I ordered delivery and did not have the means to complete her request. I ended up microwaving my pizza and wings! Never have and never will be treated like this from a pizza delivery place. My advice is to not waste your time! Whoever owns this franchised location needs to do periodic checks because the customer service is terrible. Never got the opportunity to speak with the manager. Hopefully they check google reviews that way the next customer can get...
