After going to Hiedi a couple of times , I asked to comb out and blow dry my own hair because she doesn’t know how to properly handle 4C hair, and would literally pull my hair out when trying to detangle it . I love how she flat ironed my hair so, I asked if I could just take this part of the service off her hands . Both times she allowed me to, and I thought there was no issue .

I scheduled an appointment with her for my birthday , and when I called to confirm the appointment I realized I was blocked. When I called Hiedi from my business phone, she proceeded to say that she wasn’t going to service me . I was completely blind sided by this and since she didn’t have the decency to just communicate with me , I’m here leaving this review .

I absolutely love my stylist, Toya! She is accommodating and very knowledgeable. I experienced my first sew-in with her and she walk me thru choosing my desired look and the entire process of installation and maintenance. Now I am hooked!! Her silk press are fire as well. Toya is very attentive and get you in and out in a timely manner. I have been happy with each experience. She ensure your hair is healthy as well as styled to perfection. She provide quality service in a private booth.

I truly love Salon Idieh. I have been coming here for many years now. I was referred by a church member to Heidi, the owner of the salon. I have been truly blessed. Heidi is so professional, courteous and kind hearted. She exudes the fruit of the Spirit, so loving and kind. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. All of the hair stylists are friendly and makes you feel so welcome. I’ve found my forever home here. I don't have to sit more than 2 hours. Heidi gets you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
