Really hate to do this because this is my favorite store. Usually the staff is friendly today must’ve been one of those days where someone woke up on the wrong side of the couch! Went to drive thru ordered a cheeseburger for my grandchild only to get a burger with no cheese. No problem, I go drive around to the window handed the burger to the older lady with the bluish green hair. She immediately got an attitude and told me “I didn’t take your order so I don’t know if you wanted cheese” Okay no problem, I showed my blue head attitude my receipt and asked if I could get a new burger made. I witnessed her give the cook the same burger instead of throwing it out. I saw the cook add cheese bag it and she handed it to me. NO MAAM!!! I requested a new burger as I requested when I first arrived. At this point her attitude smells up the whole drive thru as if she paid for it and has to eat it! Once I received the new fresh made burger I said “thank you” not surprised, Blues Clues rolled her eyes at me. Again, I said “thank you” she didn’t not say anything to me, so I drive off. I started to go in and tell the manager how their food is too good to have someone so nasty working there but instead here I am! Read moreSadly I have to remove my previous 5 star rating. My experience yesterday and last Tuesday evening has left my family extremely disappointed. 2 chicken strip orders with fries and mini blizzarrs.
Chicken strips tastes horrible like they were cooked in old grease or double dripped to reheat. Fries either too hard or soggy and taste very bad. (My son loves the fries and but wouldnt eat them and was sad because he had no fries) We called about it and were told to put the managers name on the top of the receipt for a replacement meal. We went to get it yesterday.....It was like the same meal all over again. Yet this time the blizzards were not turn over worthy. When she turned it over it dripped many times and it ran over onto my seats in the car so I had to clean that up.
When we called about it to let them know we were told by the manager "We can't replace your meal again" Mind you we didnt ask for anything....why would we when the 2nd time was the same as the first, horrible. After being told that it was offered to bring the meals back for replacement chicken strips that night only....again no. I will not leave the comfort of my home to get double dipped chicken stripes again.
Needless to say we are not happy with this location at all. We will not return here ever again. We will take the drive to the Stockbridge location next time our son wants ice cream. We have never had any problems at...
Read moreI’ve been patronizing this location since it opened, and the customer service and quality of service with the food has really gone down. The young man that service the window with the dreadlocks isn’t a very nice person. I ordered a Blizzard and I had to repeat what I wanted like 4 times. I said it slowly the last time, not being rude in any way, but just to make sure he heard me correctly. Well, when I got to the window and paid for my food he never said word to me, but handed me what I thought was a Blizzard with the spoon in the cup and lid on the cup. Well, when I got home to enjoy my Blizzard, it was a soupy concoction of god knows what in it. You’re dealing with food first and foremost and you’re also dealing with the public, so taking things so personal that these kinds shenanigans are allowed can lead to getting this location shut down by the health department due the tampering of food. I am planning to let the manager/ franchise owner know what occurred, but this is no longer a place for me to patronize if I can’t trust the food that is being served.
