Primetime Barbershop — Local services in Stockbridge

Very unprofessional. Was a loyal customer with my boys for years. The one time I did miss an appointment I still paid the barber for money he missed. They book appointments and don’t show up to them. Took my sons to get their hair cut Friday and the barber wasn’t even there and didn’t even call to let anyone know. The barbers in the shop just laughing telling little kids I don’t know why he didn’t tell you and then proceed to say oh we’re booked. Ok cool. So I finally get ahold of the barber and he explained his situation so I attempted to rebook for Sunday he said he would be there all day. Well I show up with my boys and guess who isn’t there Mr Ronald. No call, no text no nothing just a no show. Will never ever recommend this shop nor barber ever again. If there was any issue with me or my boys he could have an addressed it with me. But yo stand kids up not once but...

Unprofessional and overpriced. I brought my 8 year old son to get a hair cut, and not my first visit. The store has a sign with prices that says $20 for children 12 and under. The barber says it’s $30 because he thinks he did a good job and took a lot off. Mind you, my son’s hair was only 1/4 of an inch grown out. YOUR JOB IS TO CUT HAIR!! Bad business!!! Went there to get a haircut Monday, June 24, 2019 @ 8:00pm. The barber saw me park my car, he walk back inside, LOCK the door. Walk to the back of the shop, out of plain view, while the other barber providing service to another customer, told me by signaling that they were closed. So Unprofessional!
