Work takes many MANY WEEKS to finish. Some stuff never got touched. Service was extremely rude, with much cussing. Refused to give back expensive item, and CLAIMED they didnt have it. They ended up finding the expensive item, and NEVER APOLOGIZED for how they treated us. Refused to let us see items to make sure they did their job before we paid them. Said that we could see through the solid colored bag at a distance. Guy tends to slam glass counter and yell and cuss at people for no reason. Yelling at us to get out of the store. He hates being questioned about what "work" he has done. Please inspect your items first, rings we had were MUCH smaller than the size we asked for. Lady has additude and can be rude, but she is nice enough to help us get out of there and away from the guy. We will go somewhere else to get our things taken care of by people who actually care about others. Please learn some good...
