We have utilized managed IT for about 10 years prior to switching to Verve IT. By far Verve’s customer service, expert technicians, and support is far superior to any other service we have ever experienced. Before we signed an agreement, I met with multiple Verve clients to discuss how their transition went. When you run a business, any downtime equates to lost revenue and it is imperative the transition go smooth. I would be lying if I said I was not nervous about the transition, but it went flawless. In retrospect I was nervous because many of my previous transitions with other companies did not go smooth. Chad and his Verve team communicated throughout the process putting my mind at ease.
