If could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is pathetic for lack of a better term. As most people do we hit the drive thru around midnight on 11/09 we advised the girl running the drive thru that we need two orders and stated we had coupons we had received in the mail, she seemed to understand and told us to move forward but did not give us a total. Upon handing her the card for the first transaction one girl took the card and the other told us the total at that point I stated why is it so much if there is a coupon price the girl stated I hadnāt said anything and fixed the amount but the other girl had already ran my card for the original pricing without the coupon added, then they run my card 3 more times only to lock the card and all transactions be locked at that point. We cancelled both orders and left only to check my account and find out the original transaction had withdrawn from my account. We went back to restaurant and showed the āmanagerā the posted transaction on my bank statement and she gave me the run around stating she couldnāt refund it we would need to get a hold of the regional manager I didnāt make a scene but that doesnāt seem right why would a regional manager be needed for a simple refund. Any place else will have you swipe the card again and refund it right there and then and depending on your bank the funds are released in a few hours or days at best. I have called my bank to ensure there wasnāt a refund pending and there is not and the āregional managerā will not return my calls. Pathetic customer care!! Fast food or not this is unacceptable Iām not asking for a hand out Iām asking for MY money back. There was no exchange of food in exchange for taking my money so why is it so hard to get my money back?! Either case donāt expect a great experience at this store...

Every night after I get off work, from anywhere between 3-6 A.M. whoever the man is working the drive-thru claims that ātheir system is down and theyāre only accepting DoorDash orders.ā I asked him how come it seems WITHOUT FAIL no matter what time I get off; every single time I go, your system just so happens to be conveniently down for you and you canāt take my order? He stuttered for a second, then claimed that āā¦uhhhhh probably because every time you come our system is rebooting..ā I donāt see how thatās possible. And if your system is truly rebooting for hours on end, then DONāT claim youāre open 24 hours because thatās a lie. If not and itās purely staff laziness, then the night crew needs to be fired and replaced immediately. This happens way too often to be coincidental. Working night shifts, I am far too limited in my choices for food, and when the only option I have is taken away EVERY SINGLE TIME, itās absolutely infuriating! Because thereās never a manager on shift during the time Iām there to do anything about this, Iām leaving this review. Something needs to be done about this right away, or I will never spend another penny at your restaurant. Absolutely...

But I can't just stand back and not take note to what I just saw. The girl I have seen in drive thru widow that has always been nice and one of very few you can understand what she says was literally being disrespected and belittled by a manager ad if it was on purpose and malicious right in front of drive thru window and customers with no regard. The girl asked for her to stop and she had enough and would not except and more or she will just leave where the manager seemly started to continue more as on purpose so the girl said enough I'm leave and manager said "fine goodbye" then called for some worker all happy like she was happy. Never have I honestly ever see something so wrong and I do hope the girl not only fully quits but takes more action against the store as that was completely wrong I could and refused to order there I also left.
