I recently visited Premier Barber lounge, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My barber, Diego was a true professional. Not only did they deliver a sharp, clean cut, but they also made sure to pay attention to every detail, from the fade to the beard trim. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and the results show it. I walked out feeling fresh and confident, and I’ve already received several compliments on the new look.

Zay Saves the Day at 'Premier' Barber Lounge.

Foreword: I have always gone to the traditional mens barbershops (for fades) and am very familiar with them. Now, getting to it,

I was a walk-in earlier today and some kid gave me a haircut that had no business doing so. He was giving it his best effort, but it was clear he had no formal training or experience. He had my head all jacked up, was bumping into me, rough with the clippers, and singing in my ear. I felt like coaching him through the haircut but I refrained and accepted my fate.

When I asked him 'how much?' He confidently retorted with "fifty five" as if he had just given me the best haircut known to mankind. I paid him and left, disappointed and aggravated.

As I was sitting on my motorcycle getting ready to leave one of the barbers came outside - Zay. I let him in on things simply in hopes of preventing future victims, but he insisted to come back in with him so he could repair my head.

Quality control is lacking here, plenty of good barbers I'm sure, but don't be the guinea pig for a kid that bought a set of cheap clippers off of amazon...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Premier Barber Lounge. When I walked in for a basic haircut, I was completely ignored for nearly 30 minutes. No one greeted me or offered any direction, and I was left standing around awkwardly.

What made the experience even worse was the rude behavior of the staff. They were loudly joking, using vulgar language, and sneering at me while laughing among themselves, which felt blatantly disrespectful and made me very uncomfortable.

When I finally got in the chair, the barber appeared unfamiliar with straight hair and gave me a cut that looked completely off. I chose not to leave a tip, and I do not recommend this barbershop to anyone expecting professionalism or basic respect. I recommend that the staff step down and surrender their Cosmetology licenses and go work at the McDonald's down the street if they cannot do their job with their rude behavior and extreme incompetency.
