For the past couple months I have not been able to see my friends and family to celebrate their special events. I came across the store after a calming day at the beach and found three perfect gifts for my two best friends and my mother (who is really picky with jewelry Haha). Megan helped me wrapped the gifts and it turned out SO BEAUTIFUL. 10 out of 10 at gift wrapping & customer service for sure! My friends loved their gifts and it really brightened their day & mine when I dropped it off for them. My one friend just graduated from college, I got her a lovely dainty diamond cross and she told me she has been looking for something similar all over & she loves it. My other friend just had her first baby and I found a baby elephant charm for a necklace it’s perfect for her because she calls him her ‘baby elephant’ so cute 🐘.My mother was really happy with her late Mother Day’s gift as well. I almost always write a positive review on social media, so it is odd to write a very negative one. 3 weeks ago today, I dropped off my Rado watch to be repaired. I was told I would receive a call with an estimate. I didn’t get an estimate after 2 weeks and left a message. I didn’t get a call back and called again the following day. I was told I would hear from them on the following Tuesday – which didn’t happen. I called Wednesday and left another voice message that I wanted to pick up my unrepaired watch. I picked it up today and the older man (I assume the owner) didn’t’ apologize nor say a word. I went back to my usual jeweler today to fix my watch. I recently visited this store during the holidays to purchase Christmas gifts for my family. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, and is operated by a family comprising 5 young adults and 2 parents. The entire staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, especially considering my limited knowledge about jewelry.

The individual assisting me in selecting items has all the birthstones memorized, which greatly facilitated the decision-making process.
