would not purchase from this store mark up too high Employee was rude and was talking about me not realizing she didn’t hang up the phone. owner Scott when told about the experience told me the employee was one of his best🤔

I was getting ready to purchas a Pavilion brand table chairs and a bench from them. I was provided 2 quotes with different options. I worked with an employee Sue. This was an expensive purchase and I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. When I asked Sue to make sure the “freight” they quoted was correct (as I had inquired from the manufacturer direct supplier in Miami ) as the price Sue quoted was $2000 higher “ because of freight” I figured I would give them the “Benifit of the doubt” She was clearly not happy and thought she hung up when she didn’t and in the background I heard her say “swear to god this woman ......with the Pavilion quote is asking me if the freight is correct and I spoke to Scott ... etc” So I called back and ask to speak to Scott one of the owners and his response was “sue is one of my best employees “

Best customer service !!! Scott and Paul are so nice and very professional! I called the store to see if they had an items in stock and asked if they price match Ace-hardware site and they said yes . Explained I had an issue with trying to purchase the same item from Anco Ace-hardware Bayshore Road Cape May and the Gm Corey and owner Liz were very rude and unprofessional. Scott the Gm at Stone Harbor Ace Hardware was so helpful , friendly and professional. The staff was great too . Scott ordered what we needed and had it to us right away . We will definitely go back shop at Ace in Stone Harbor again !! . Thank you Scott , Paul and staff for all your help and professionalism and excellent customer service !! Went to buy a small BBQ that was $169.00 on line. When I special drove over 20 miles to get it, they wanted $15.00 extra for assembly. I said I will assemble it as it is nothing to assemble. They answer was " We need to get it from the W/H" I asked if I can take the display one. The manger jumped in in a rude way and said, I will have to assemble a new one. You will pay the $15.00 or go somewhere else. I did go to LOWES, got the same BBQ assembled and they gave me 10% off as they did not have the Box. Will never go to this...
