Sparse brands of sunglasses, and not what I'm looking for unfortunately. I've been in here a feed times, each time being wildly different customer service. This last time I was in there is what moved to leave a review. There was an older man working, probably in his 60s, by the name of Scott. First of all, he was vaping the entire time I was there. I didn't know going to shop for sunglasses included disgusting smoke inhalation. He made me incredibly uncomfortable with the way he treated his workers. I overheard some things that made my skin shrivel. Which yes, my fault for listening, but also if that man ever said anything like that to me l would be filing harassment reports. It's so sad to see men like that, and nothing being done to reprimand or stop that behavior. Hopefully this review is seen by someone with the power to...

After having problems finding someplace to get Prescription Oakley Sunglasses I eventually walked into Shades of Stone Harbor. The manager there, Scott Loper, was so nice and so helpful that I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted. Oakley did NOT make it easy to because one phone person would say "Oh yes. We can do that". Scott would go over everything with me on the phone and then when he called to place the order the next Oakley person would say "Sorry. We can't do that". He never gave up. I just picked up 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses that are just great! They totally meet my needs. Scott is very knowledgeable and he never gave up and remained very pleasant/helpful the entire time. On top of that he is a super nice guy. 5 Stars - I'll go back there every time I need sunglasses...

I did not make a purchase here but had such an excellent shopping experience that I am compelled to write a review. I was with my wife and baby daughter looking at a pair of expensive sunglass (at least in my book $200 is expensive)...Anyway, the manager was very patient and nice. When I asked his honest opinion, he actually talked me out of buying them. When does that happen? He then suggested a different pair that was slightly more expensive ($249), but offered to discount them them to the price of the original pair I was looking at. I opted not to buy them as I did not like the feel/comfort, but was extremely impressed with the honesty and customer service at this store. I will def shop here in the future....
