Michaels — Local services in Stoneham

Went today, store was a mess! I did buy 3 items, they had one cashier, the rest self check out, I was waiting for cashier, and another cashier came and took the man at the end of the line. When he left, she said I can take you ladies, when we said, usually you take the next from in front of the line, she says "I'm sorry to hear that " we didn't say anything, but she did it. So then an item I bought was broken. I came back to the store (I was in the shopping complex).and said I just pulled the battery saver tab, and it doesn't work, I even saved the tab, it was less than an hour, the manager says the light flickers a little, i said what am I going to see with a flicker? (It was supposed to be a pocket book light) he says I guess we can give you a refund!!!! Gee thanks! Never ever will i go to this store again! We went to Michaels to frame 2 items, a poster and a newspaper article. We were putting it off as I figured it would obviously be costly and a timely process. We met Megan who was unbelievable at her craft. She offered different color schemes and variations of frames to match our room colors, and was able to show the finished effect and options with her camera and software. Megan gave us different pricing options based on glass, matte etc. to suit our needs. Entire process was smooth as silk thanks to Megan's professionalism. If you have anything you may want to frame I would recommend Michaels in Stoneham and its also better using one of their coupons as we did since it can get prices as with any...

I am trying to get some needlework custom-framed. It's not going well. Two of the four had the wrong frames. One was off-center. I just went back to pick up the reframed ones. Now the square one was in a rectangle frame and the rectangle one was in a square frame (I suspect they wanted to save money and just reused the wrong frames.) I paid a lot and the work is terrible. They don't care. Don't get things framed here. It's a mess. I'm so upset: I can't get my money back and I can't get halfway decent...
