I recently visited Marshall's in the Restore Shopping Center in Stoneham, Massachusetts, and I must say that my experience left me very disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss.
First and foremost, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Many of the workers appeared visibly unhappy, which immediately set a negative tone for my shopping trip.
Another issue I encountered was the long lines at the checkout counters. It seemed like there were not enough staff members to handle the volume of customers, leading to frustratingly long wait times. It's disheartening to spend more time waiting in line than actually browsing the store.
Furthermore, the store's organization left a lot to be desired. Shelves were poorly stocked, and it was challenging to find the items I was looking for. This lack of attention to detail added to my overall sense of disappointment.
In summary, my visit to Marshall's in Stoneham, Massachusetts, was marred by unhappy workers, long lines, and a lack of organization. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted in what could be a great shopping experience. I hope that Marshall's management can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience at...
Read moreMarshall's is a hit or miss experience for me. They usually have cute items for women there as far as clothes go. However they need to start putting there clothing on better hangers. There are some items priced at over $100 that's cashmere and there hangers go right through the material. It ruins the shirt completely. I would never buy makeup from there as people open the product and try it on their face and put it back. I would only get something if it were sealed. The only other complaint is the mens clothing. Alot of it is for young men but they do have for older men but it's all the same stuff. A polo shirt, Michael Kors that says MK on it, and every now and then a normal Nike shirt that doesnt have a huge check on the front. I dont even bother looking for stuff for my fiance there anymore.
The small homegoods section is cute and they keep it clean. There are time that items are taken out of the packaging and just thrown to the side but the staff makes sure everything is picked up.
Everything else is great! Cute kids section and you can spot some really nice items for a fraction of the price. You just have to look. Huge fan of Marshall's!...
Read moreHorrible experience with the store manager !!! I found a pair of timberlands they were both scuffed up in different places this was the only pair they had in my size. I approached the manager and asked if she could do anything for me considering the cosmetic areas. Unfortunately she had zero class instead gave me an attitude and just told me this is how we get them and thatâs how we sell them. I was going to call her out that they do have a clearance section full of shoes with scuffs but I proceded to walk away. Unbelievable TJX hires these type of individuals to be there faces of...
